No data for science

Recommended Posts

Just a quick question, if I have already done an experiment and transmitted/recovered it will I no longer be able to do that experiment again and send it to a lab to turn it into data or is my game messing with me? (I have many mods installed and its been a while since my last playthrough)

You can still run the data in a lab even if you've transmitted/recovered it.

Thanks for the quick response. Thats strange then, I finally got a station with a lab in orbit with every bit of science equipment in the game, but sadly every experiment (except the ones i havent run yet) is worthless and no data to be salvaged. I'm running Dmagic's orbital science.

You don't have a yellow button to process the data in the lab?

I do but it reads 0, even for science that I know had fair values, or the button is darkened

It may have just been me but when I was using 1.7.1, crew reports, eva reports and temperature scans were worthless to a lab after they were recovered on Kerbin but this seems to have been fixed in 1.7.2.

this would explain a lot seeing as im stuck in 1.7.1 with my mod list until kopernicus updates, or else ill have to work with no solar :P
