can you make something like experience for every mission, in RL you get experience for number of repetitive actions not for doing once.. if you do once something you get no skills :) i mean for every take of with a plane 1 xp, orbit 2xp, kerbin sistem 4xp so on...(pilots), for every science collected xp for scientist and, for engineers... every day in mission should give them xp.

interesting.

far beyond the scope of this mod and light years beyond my current abilities as a C# programmer. One could modify say Final Frontier to do such (each medal worth so much xp).

Suggestion:

Add a “Studies summary” or sorts to the training parts. 

It could pop up a Science window worth 0 science that says something based on the profession. 

Pilots:
How weird, so you speed up to slow down?”,
What is this “deltavee thing anyway?” to
Ah yes, of course ¼ the orbital [science term] is equal to [hard science], elementary.

Engineers:
Why do chutes have wires?”,
These spring physics are fascinating!”,
Chute goes out, chute goes in!”,
Who is this Scotty guy anyway?

Scientists:
Hmm, goo, zzzz, yummy goo, zzz.”,
Why are we green?”,
Ohh, so THAT’S what that button does!”,
I can’t wait to study [unvisited planet]!

And some generics like:
I forgot my homework on [visited planet]”,
The more I learn, the less I know! MADNESS!”.

That’s it for my morning mind moment. :D 

edit: Actually, a whole new mod that adds thoughts to kerbals in relation to what unvisited planet they wanna go to would be nice too... one of these days I’ll start modding myself I tell you! xD

Pre-release versions will be made available through the respective GitHub repo's.

Currently on GitHub (as pre-release) for FTF there is 1.0.3.5 (1.7.3), 1.1.0.0 (1.8.1), and 1.2.0.0 (1.9.1). I haven't tested them yet but they compiled without any issues. Once I have the same for FTL I will post pre-release builds and then test them.

Edit: just a thought: if starting training at a (orbit-)mpl, it goes through from 1 to 5,
so it would not be neccessary to do alarms at all stages, only when they reach level 5...

thank you. I still suggest to submit through GitHub - that way I won't forget, because many things ahead of this including merging the two into one, but with both modules still intact (one .dll instead of two)

Oh, i am not firm with github, (only with downloading releases, betas and grab through .cfg-files)
