Anyone know of a mod that adds condensation from fuel tanks pre-launch?

I'm having trouble getting it to work. I know you're likely very busy, but I was wondering if you might help me understand what I might have done wrong? I went to the GitHub page and downloaded the folder that was inside the Game Data folder and put that in my Game Data folder. This allows me to see and place the little valves that would emit the condensation, but right clicking them does nothing and they also don't emit anything while on the launchpad. Any clue where I messed up? I saw a lot of other files in the GitHub repository, but I didn't fully understand which files should go where other than the obvious /Game Data/Vapor Vent folder. I am on 1.9.1 and I realize this mod isn't "technically supported" on account of that, but I feel like it should still work with my game version. I normally install all of my mods via CKAN but since the versions didn't match up, I had to go to GitHub for it, if that means anything to you.

I'm on Windows 10. Although I hope you can help me, I totally understand if you're too busy. Regardless, you are an invaluable resource to this community, so thank you for all that you do for us. <3

On github there`s the full SourceCode. If you don`t understand to use this, use the download at Spacedock. Put the VaporVent-Folder into GameData. Then it works. You shouldn´t do anything like right click. Just put the vents to your rocket.

Hey, thanks for replying! The reason I am confused is because normally, when I manually install a mod, it's just a single folder with the name of the mod that goes into my Game Data folder. But in this case, he's got in the GitHub: Game Data/Vapor Vent, a separate folder called Vapor Vent with different contents, and a lot of other types of files that are loose (not in a folder) so it left me a bit confused. I'm sure it's obvious to a lot of people how to handle that, but I'm very new to modding KSP so it's still confusing to me ><

No need to right click to tell it to push the steam out? I saw a guy doing that in a video so I expected it, but maybe it was an older version of the mod. Thanks for clearing that up!

I tried both the Github and the Spacedock downloads.  Both work fine in 1.9.1.

I even installed it wrong to see if that was your issue.  I had both setups (First is "correct").  KSP should complain if you have the wrong structure.

<KSPfolder>\game\GameData\VaporVent

<KSPfolder>\game\GameData\GameData\VaporVent

It sounds like you installed the source.  I would just install it from SpaceDock to ensure you get the release and not the source.

It seems that is exactly what I did! Thank you so much for taking the time to explain it to me. I have it working now and it makes all the difference for a space nerd like me. Seriously, thank you!! <3
