KSP2 Suggestion: some modifier key + F1 saves to both ScreenShots folder and the UserLoadingScreens folder

Unclear what you mean- do you want this feature to be added to KSP2? Or is this happening to you in KSP 1.12?

Sorry, I'll clarify the description.  Thanks for pointing that out

It seems unnecessary to have to rummage through the screenshot folder at some other time when at the time of saving the screen one's goal is to add it to the loading screens.

Hello! We recently created a new KSP 2 Suggestions & Development Discussion section, so we'll be moving all related posts (including this one) over there.

Ya. This is actually a great idea as the F-xx keys aren't use for anything (as we know yet). and when pressing  f-12 on KPS Steam things go a bit messy.

Not sure if you are kidding as the Fn keys get a lot of use, and F1 takes a screen shot and puts it in the ScreenShots directory off the main KSP director.  The idea is that something like Alt-F1 would put the screenshot in UserLoadingScreens as well as ScreenShots.  F12 just turns the aero drag visual indicators on/off last I checked, but I don't run via Steam so maybe Steam layers something on top of that

Not in itself a bad idea, but surely it's not that hard to copy the screenshots you want in to the loading screen folder.

Well, because that is what computers are for.  Automating and simplifying
