I was playing around with the panels and made this.

I plan on adding a 10 meter truss to the top with several Remote tech dishes and using it as a tracking station.

It has no bottom and is hollow and light, so I could put fuel tanks and engines on the inside then fly it to its final destination.

In combination with the Modular cart wheels almost any vehicle can be built with these parts. This is a very useful mod. Some smaller parts would be appreciated (0.2 x 1 m and/or 0.5 x 1 m)

It's easy enough to scale them up or down with rescaleFactor (and change their mass by an appropriate amount, generally the cube of the difference in rescale factor).

Good news, everyone! The latest version of my panels is now available on Kerbal.net! Added in the new version are panels with dimensions of 0.2 meters (as requested by TheCardinal) and 4 meters (as requested by myself). I will hopefully soon be uploading a video, or at least some images, of a rather nifty structure I constructed primarily with 4 meter panels.

I like the sound of the 4 meter panels.

I'm trying to build a big floating base for Laythe's oceans, big enough I can land on, it's a lot like an oil platform.

This is an early failed version.

Soggy Base 1 open for business.

I think I can get it to float higher once I pump some fuel to another vessel.

I plan to use it as a landing platform and for amphibious subs that will drill for kethane and explore Laythe's ocean floor.
