Make KSP Versions 0.14-0.90 Available to Download

That's the demand. I know no-one's listening, but I'd still like to voice my opinion that it's incredibly silly for T2 to not give us a legal way to play nostalgic KSP versions, yet expect us to be polite and stay on the legal side of things. Thoughts? I just want to experience non-demo 0.18 again.

This has been covered as naseum before he on the forums.    If you own a steam copy, you can get any version ever offered on steam.   There’s a couple threads on how to do it.

I got KSP 0.19.1 from Steam by following this thread:

However there do not appear to be older versions (there are all the "younger" version though)

That being said perhaps you can get 0.18 from Steam, I only looked at the Linux depots, and the first KSP version for Linux was 0.19.

Be aware that versions 0.20.0 and 0.20.1 for GNU/Linux have mousewheel issues. These were fixed in 0.20.2.

I will keep that in mind

It might not work considering Ubuntu 18.04 and newer are 64 bit only but I will try anyways:wink:

64 bit operating systems can run 32 bit applications.  It's going the other way that you have problems.

Problem:

I keep getting "Depot download failed : missing license for depots 202203" yet I own the full game legally on steam (and have since November 2020)

Any solutions? [solved]

New Problem:

I get:

Depot download failed : error downloading manifest 7104947787544389563 from
cache8-lhr1.steamcontent.com/depot/220203/manifest/7104947787544389563/5/7777170940119373485

now so that's kinda a bad sign if you ask me
