Can't you just make the .../SpaceWarp/Mods point to .../Bepinix/Plugins via The Complete Guide to Creating Symbolic Links (aka Symlinks) on Windows (howtogeek.com)? Or will that make Bepinex choke on the SpaceWarp mods?

Homer

Not really needed anymore (soon) since SpaceWarp is in the process of transitioning from a mod loader of its own to being basically a BepInEx plugin library, meaning that in the near future, all mods will go into BepInEx/plugins, and the only difference will be whether they decide to utilize SpaceWarp features (such as an in-game mod manager, or a wrapper API for many general mod use cases) or not.

I ended up uninstalling BePinEx, as installing SpaceWarp 3.0 wouldn't load any saves at all. Getting rid of Bepin fixed it, and it'll stay that way.
