How to revive Jebediah when crew respawn is not enabled?

I accidentally killed Jebediah and my settings don't allow crew respawn. Is there any way to bring him back to life?

No crew respawn? Options: Perform EVA recovery. Consider mods or cheats. Start fresh or load saved file.

There is a way to revive crew in KSP1 with save file editing, Matt Lowne did it once in a blunderbirds episode and explained how he did it.

Not sure if it works in KSP2 though
