TwoCalories
I was putting together two craft, and I took a craft, added a new part (a second MK 1-3 pod), made it the root part, made it a subassembly, the usual procedure. Then this happened: I just grabbed the subassembly and it came out like this. I've used subassemblies with no issues before. Is this a mod problem? Kerbalsaurus
Oh, I've encountered that before. I can't pinpoint the exact issue (I know nothing about computers), but restarting your game fixes it.

If not, I'm afraid I'm completely incompetent to help.

kayesspee
Making the root part of the subassembly a vanilla part fixed the problem for me. I used a td-12 decoupler I think.
