Yes OS: Windows 10 | CPU: i9 9900K | GPU: 3070ti | RAM: 32GB Steps to Replicate: Create a new Exploration Campaign Go to the VAB Launch a mk1 pod "Tin Can" Go and watch real life failed rocket launches on YouTube on the living room TV Attempt to start a science experiment Observed: Starting a Science Experiment is impossible while watching real life failed rocket launches on YouTube on the living room TV Expected: Should be able to start Science Experiments while watching real life failed rocket launches.With. My. Mind... Possible Work Arounds: Get a laptop and take it to the living room. Unhook the computer from the room it usually belongs and move it to the living room. Counters to Work Arounds: Watching a video and watching/interacting with a computer screen at the same time is impossible.
