I tried to create something like Saturn V but rocket it's still falling apart :-(

I'm with @The Aziz here.  A 90 minute video, with no description other than your title that the ship is falling apart, is simply not cool.  We need a whole lot more from you than this to help you with the situation.  Give us a craft file, and then explain what you are doing when the craft falls apart.  Where is it, what is happening, what is your speed, what is your location, etc.  Don't give us a 90 minute video and then effectively say "Watch this and see if you can spot where stuff is going wrong".  Ain't happening.

I wasn't going to comment earlier but looking at the recent ones they didn't try to figure out what was wrong.  I think the radial tanks when connected and touching each other causes the crazy wobble disconnect.  More testing needs to be done to figure out whats going on exactly.  Interesting as I never use the engine specific coupler.

indeed, I just skipped to the end to see what was happening and the launch clamp is clipping into the radial tanks. So it makes sense that it's falling apart. Also, just by skipping through the video, I see he added the side boosters without any decouplers...

No need to apologize for sharing your game experience on the game's forum.  

People, if you don't want to help, don't help. Taking the time to write out your reasons for resenting that someone asked for help is a waste of your energy and an unkind thing to do to the person trying to share a game experience and get help from fellow players. I'm used to cheat mode to add some science points to have some kind of Apolloesque parts, but i find some sort of problems with doing it Apollo way  i mean to do this as LOR or rather a MOR way and dock LM with CM/CSM on orbit I tried to do it on Kerbin orbit but I think it's buggy when you dock it, on-orbit and it's hard to do it without a machjeb   

It would be cool if they put in KSP 2 some stock on-board docking computer for rendezvous and docking
