So, from what I understand by plugging in the config files into an online gravity assist calculator, this mod simulates another star system by making it orbit the stock system? Is my understanding correct? 

If so, is there any chance you could move Poly to the other side of its orbit at Year 1? This would enable a Grand Tour mission with Beyond Jool installed to continue to the Poly system with relatively little effort. Otherwise, you'd have to wait a hundred and fifty years. It looks like this can be done by changing the epoch (in seconds) to 1210000000000 instead of 0.

I know this is an odd request, and I saw that you were planning on possibly having Kerbol orbit the Poly system instead, but if this works out then I guess I could feature this mod in my mission report.

Next update will add blackholes, so if after the next update comes out you run the gravity assist calculator then tell me then i will be able to change it, the next update will also add wormholes though and that might mess things up a little bit

yes your understanding is currently correct, but the next update will change that

im going to make an option for Kerbol to orbit the blackholes( yes, I said black holes, plural, there are currently 4 that I am working on) but it might be challenging for a flyby of all of the bodies as the ones orbiting really close take like 100000 d∆ to get to because of the high orbital velocity's, next update will also feature a rougue planet

new update, update 1.0 will be the next update, adding a lot of atmospheric world, including a habitable moon of Melvin, everything that was supposed to come in 0.2 will be pushed back to 1.0, I got atmo calculator which is why this is happening, the release date is around Dec 20-Jan 1

Hey, it's ok as a placeholder! Just remember to make original textures for when you exit the beta released. (also intersteller is pronounced as interstellar, just a nitpick tho)

Yeah they are, just placeholder textures for testing purposes, i will make new textures before the realease

Update(not really)

there will be a new separate mod that is kinda like an add-on to this mod, adding a new star (this one will be special, I won't reveal to much now) and a few planets and moons including;

  • Torus, a lava planet having a meltdown(literally) full of lava with 1 only landmass at the north pole
  • Urgyus, a cold planet with frozen lakes of methane
  • Ety, a tiny asteroid less then 1 km in radius
  • Tromb, an ice giant with some moons
    • Ury, a small icy moon
    • Rost, a minmus like moon
    • Rint, a larger moon
      • Troy, a moon of a moon

This is all for right now, more will definitely be coming
