I'm making a huge colony on Minmus but I am out of ideas of what to put there now.

I have some detachable "Pods" stationed at my Minmus Base, they come in real handy for all kinds of missions like rescuing Kerbals and ferrying tourists, deploying science stations, repairing rovers or satellites, ...

They can dock with the base to be refueled and have science experiments on board to visit different biomes. With the plane landing gear they also can be driven like a rover.

With a pardon for my too obvious tourism bias...( a huge colony without a Bob Kerman science-tourism economy!? no...no...know!  ) & the presumption that you might enjoy using mods & especially, if you have the pretty graphics views of Minmus...

I suggest a combo rover/capsule/with EVA command seat on top so you can easily enjoy the views while exploring all interesting looking features by "hop & drift & bounce & glide" around the "not-so maybe-ish ice cube glass-obsidian-ish blob" in the modest gravity ;-)   

As a brainstorming spark, the ALCOR capsule with RasterPropMonitor, ASET props, Vessel Viewer (so Bob may enjoy his snacks while marveling at your epic creation), etc. mods that make the internal screens/buttons do pretty things, and even using some ERS/ASET rover parts offer one perspective on 'space tourism in style'...

OK, well, the Apollo 17 rover had style in a different way too!

AND a @Vanamonde cafeteria with a different theme at every super spectacular location you discover (maybe even a KSP food truck)... Bob-K-not so-EcoSci-Tourism in style($).

Maybe attach a picture so we can see what your base currently looks like. Things that might be worth adding:

  1. Science Labs
  2. Mining/Refining
  3. Huge fuel storage tanks so it looks like a refinery. Near Future mods have 3.75m and 5m tanks intended for hydrogen and they look great even if you don't need functional fuel storage space. Near Future also has containers that look better than the stock ore tank.
  4. A hotel. Allow for more passengers than you'll ever actually need to run the base.
  5. Fuel cells, lots of RTGs, modded nuclear power, or loads of batteries so the base runs without sunlight.
  6. A garage for parking rovers. Kerbal Planetary Base Systems has a garage, or use a Tweakscaled service bay, or kitbash something with only stock parts.
  7. A landing pad, not that it's really needed on Minmus' flats. Build with things like structural panels (Tweakscale to reduce part count) or Kerbal Konstructs statics. Or put it on the roof of the garage for modestly sized landers.

I also suggest for consideration the fun of things to "put AROUND Minmus" = in various orbits (equatorial, polar,  synchronous)...

edit: & to share & enjoy hilarious moments with someone you care about while doing something 'seemingly crazy, silly, (but in reality it is the most brilliant aspect of life)' with your base...I do not even have screenshots of the moment described below with the kerbals, cabbages, & KIS/KAS books/wrenches/other tools all bouncing around inside the dome,  because my son (then age ~7 & who is the one who literally dragged me to the computer saying he wanted to do 'green guy stuff' = KSP when he was age 3 ) & I were so caught up laughing & giggling together at the silly chaos in the dome ;-)

Again merely as a brainstorm spark for you...since I liked the 'training geo dome' in the Sci-Fi film "Ender's Game"...

I once used a parts mod "Planetary Domes" to make a small orbiting geodome that kerbals could enter & exit & float around inside with hatches for tools, a bunch of KerblaEDU cabbages, etc. to release to float & bat around (via EVA suit propulsion) the inside of the dome...was fun to do a form of 'EVA' with multiple objects & kerbals 'contained & bouncing around all at once without the trouble of them drifting off into the void'...

Of course, keeping with my bias for sci-tourism, I called it 'Bob's Bubble' & a.k.a the "Tourist Trap" when you (accidentally?) obstruct the hatch:

or you could try and put down a rover that could do all of this

Damn, a fellow cultured enjoyer of Ender's Game in the wild. Such a damn shame that film series got canned, Ender's Game is one of the best sci-fi book series I've ever read
