Here's my flags....though I should probably put on my flame suit for the first two....

First two are from Wikipedia, third one is from a Google search done the first day I owned KSP.

I haven't made any WWII Socialist Party flags yet....can't wait for Kerbinside to have destructible buildings so I can throw a WWII Socialist Party flag on rockets and start doing V2 strikes on Jeb's Island....Wernher von Kerman approves of this plan.

Sorry about the euphemism, but the German N word is filtered. Please don't take offense to these flags -- Since there are only Green Kerbals, I assume they won the race war and therefore need to be flying racist and hateful flags (I have weird logic).

It's really annoying when you complain about hypothetical future issues people take with your post that never even manifest. Besides that, "WWII Socialist Party" is so ambiguous! Try NSDAP or Third Reich - both of those are pretty clear that they refer to the leader of the Axis powers. Hitler's Germany is also a good way to refer to it.

Anyway, I've KSP-sized a lot of third reich flags for you. Have fun simulating WWII on Jool or whatever you want to do!

Is it any surprise that I made a flag from my avatar? For those who don't know, it is a Thrint (aka Slaver), an extinct species from Larry Niven's "Known Universe" stories. Thrintun are capable of telepathically controlling sentient beings, hence the 'Slaver' nickname. In World of Ptaavs a thrint was stranded on Earth (the avatar goes with my forum name, see?), in stasis, for billions of years until it was accidentally released.

The flag looks particularly good in the VAB, as he watches his kerbal minions doing his bidding, building rockets to get him back out into the universe so he can control EVERYTHING!

  • 2 weeks later...

I use this:

It has a NATO star and communist signs (to show my tolerance to all kinds of political opinion), a german flag, the most important bodies of Kerbol system and a stilistic orbit.

Mine comes from a game I used to play on Facebook, called "Nations" where you ran your own country, mostly just through role play, and of course you could design your own flag. The country I made was called the "Technocracy of Canuckistan." The premise of my nation was based on only the intelligent being allowed to hold office, and you also had to meet a minimum standard to be allowed to vote. To become a member of parliament, your IQ must reside in the top 25% of the national population (and is made public), and to vote your IQ must not reside in the bottom 25% of the national population. IQ tests where provided to all adult citizens free of charge every census year (every ten years), and their year of their voting age (well, not truly free, the cost covered through taxes of course), however citizens where not compelled to complete an IQ test if they did not choose, and you only had to do a minimum of one (however you must have completed at least one). So if you did an IQ test when you reached voting age, and where not satisfied, you could retake the test the next census year, and every census year after if you so choose. On the other hand, if you didn't care for politics, and didn't want to vote at all, you could elect to not take an IQ test, and as the results (and whether or not you even took the test) are kept strictly confidential, no one would be the wiser. Another major aspect of the way the country worked, was that cabinet ministers had to be qualified in some aspect or another to hold that office. For example, to be the Minister of Education, you had to have been a teacher or a professor for some time. To be the Minister of Science and Research, you had to hold a PhD in a recognized scientific field (ie, a "PhD" in homeopathy wouldn't count). And so on. In many ways the way the government was set up is very similar to the way Canada works. It had an upper house, the Senate, and the lower house, the House of Commons. Head of Government and the Head of State was also separated between the Prime Minister and the Monarchy as represented by the Governor General. However there was some major differences. The Senate would be elected by the population, and instead of the Governor General being appointed by the Prime Minister, the Governor General was also elected by the population, and had some pretty important powers. Namely, if the GG believed the population was overwhelmingly against the passage of a bill, the GG could force the bill to go to referendum, and let the electorate decide. Also, if the GG believed a bill was unconstitutional, the GG could sent it to the Supreme Court to decide whether or not it was. Furthermore, to hold the office of the Prime Minister, your IQ had to reside not simply in the top 25% of the population, but the top 10%.

three primary Kerbin colors, nice try)

my turn (based on someones else work here http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/28293-Show-off-your-flags-MEGATHREAD?p=1449152&viewfull=1#post1449152):

I like it! ;)

Beta / 0.90 is on the way, so I felt the need to add yet another flag to my rotation. And this one's a bit... recursive.
