GreeningGalaxy
I went to Gilly! Landing there is a little tricky, since the terrain is so slanty and you basically have to thrust downwards in order to land in a timely fashion. I did make it though, despite a rather serious fairing issue with the nuclear engine. I activated it, which jettisoned the fairings straight into those big landing pylons, which caught them wonderfully. The physics engine then had a stroke and my ship sort of became an FTL egg and swung around a lot and completely wrecked my Gilly encounter trajectory. So I reloaded a quicksave and the fairings just kind of vanished. Also today I worked on my multi-ship base camp thing on Minmus. It now has 6 landers (one kerbal each) and six rovers. You can only see five ships in the picture but I promise there are six.I'm trying to think of what else to land here. Ordinarily I would do some kind of habitation structure with some Hitchhikers, but the FAR mod seems to have made it impossible to remove kerbals from those so I don't think that's a good idea. I'm open to suggestion.

GreeningGalaxy
You can see the leg of the 6th ship on the right.I thought that was the fifth one? I have a terrible monitor so I might have missed one but I thought I only counted five ships including the leg of the one on the right. I'll take some better, brighter pictures tomorrow. capi3101
Today I did jack; didn't even try to crunch any numbers. Just tried to pass my knowledge along to the newbs. Had a notion for something I could try with the Evil Eye 7 or the Damnation 7, but that was about it.
Aragosnat
I have ignored KSP for a few days to get trading cards for steam. Thus I can sell them and get all the nice Kerbal cards later on. Anyways. Thinking of how I want to proced with my Kerbal Slaying Program when 0.21 does finally come out.
Tw1
Attempted to use modified KAS Cables and grappling hooks for lithobraking. Didn't work, even with 2000 impact tolerance, they didn't stay on. But maybe I need to modify the connector part as well..Edit: Nope. But the landing was .... adequate. Dizzle
Brought six out of nine Kerbals home from my station. Afterwards, half of the station was deorbited, while the other half moved to a lower orbit where the remaining crew are awaiting pickup. Giggleplex777
I made a decoupler bomb. The second test, same configuration:I killed Jeb. But it was an imposter!Third test:Jeb flew a couple meters. Edited July 19, 2013 by Giggleplex777
Xiphos
Welp, Station Zeta was finished, housing a small amount of kerbals; 16 to be exact, including Bill. Now im not sure what to do in KSP next Build a station over another planet!! Maybe Laythe perhaps?? (I'm currently working on construction of my laythe station)And to answer the OP's original post, I'm working, but also daydreaming about .21. lammatt
I flew a 3-man Shuttle up to the skies..and ran out of fuel upon reaching orbitand burned half of my monopropellent to correct the 2.4deg inclination with my station and another half for the relative speed when the 2 approached each other...and i ended up docking with absolutely no fuel left~felt so good...(sad thing there isnt a solidfuel tank to refuel my separatrons i used to escape the atmosphere) Edited July 20, 2013 by lammatt
SRV Ron
Put a probe on Eve using the Vanguard launcher after having a difficult time getting an encounter. Went directly in to an aerobraking maneuver. This probe carried parachutes and made a perfect landing.
Feldynn
I finally got my Comms Station lander thing to Mun though I discovered a slight defect in my design, didn't notice til I was coming in to land that the legs were slightly too short.. needless to say the engines fell off on landing. The flag apparently felt sorry for the engines and fell over too ..
espm400
Threw together a quick stock Mun fly-by mission (was originally just to help someone new to the game with struts, but I rolled with it...). My first stock (with the exception of FAR and the Deadly Re-entry heat shield) mission since about .18, but I got some good screens out of it.EDIT: Oops, posted the wrong gallery...Javascript is disabled. Tw1
I was completing my Apollo mission when my Mun buggy decided to become a break dancer. As I no longer needed it, I just decided to save my kerbals, rather than quick load and save the rover.Sadly, one of them ended up dead. Then I hit F5 instead of F9. *Massive facepalm*
Benie
I made this, for my near future Laythe base/exploration. It would be considered an SSTA. I'm testing it by flying over Kerbin at a low altitude (right over the ocean, west of KSC);I plan to improve it by having dual propellers on the sides. Then I hit F5 instead of F9. *Massive facepalm*Haha, it's kinda fun when it happens, happened with me the first time I landed a rover in Minmus.I got worried but I managed to get all it's 4 wheels on the floor without damage. Aragosnat
Did a Apollo 11 Münar Landing for the 44th Anerversiry. Kerbal Style. Posted Picture in the link below. Sapphire
I spent most of the day just doing R&D and cleaning up in preparation for 0.21. Before today, everything outside of the Kerbin system had been shut down for 0.21. So in terms of cleaning up, I pulled the plug for my rovers on Minmus and Mun. I deorbited the twin satellites in equatorial and polar orbit around Kerbin, deorbited my space telescope, and returned my last rocket from Mun. So the only thing I left up was Ascension Station in high orbit around Kerbin. As for R&D, I made a tiny VTOL that looks like Serenity, and played around with Nova's Wet Workshops mod, so now I have a mini-station in orbit around Mun, so I'll have to evacuate and deorbit that tomorrow. el_coyoto
Today, I finished the station for the "Prestige is everything" mission of Mission Controller/NT Pack. It has room for 11 kerbals, and is crewed by Jeb, Bill and Bob at the moment. From left to right counterclockwise : com module with tug attached, habitat module, energy module and science module. Visitor docking port pointing up. The solar panels provide a nice shade to the station.View from below, propulsion unit is pointing down. The rescue module will be docked to the energy module tomorrow. SRV Ron
Aerobraking at 95,000 meters is too close at Jool. Probe rocket went into landing on Jool which of course gets crushed before reaching any so called surface. Pressure and temperature readings going off the scale prior to probe failure. The Vanguard Probe rocket is a little short on fuel for proper capture around Jool. Will tweak the design or use the Nova Rocket.
