Enjoy!!

EDIT: please be aware that the quality of this test version may not reflect the quality of the final release, and that things can change in a kerbal heartbeat if they need to

EDIT 2: please also be aware that this version is not currently available for download, 0.21 is not out yet

space center looks great :D still looks like a bunch of buildings scattered around but that can be fixed once we get all the buildings we need. astronaut complex disappointed me a little, I was expecting maybe an interior look in the building in some way, maybe a first person view from like a recruitment room or something, but it still looks like a good feature either way.

also, I'm still kinda new here, but what exactly is the KSP media group and how do you join?

EDIT: what happened to the flag pole?

EDIT: what happened to the flag pole?

the media group is a bunch of youtubers who promote the game on behalf of squad, pretty much the best KSP players around :D people like:

Chickenkeeper24

Danny2462

DrJonez

Harv (HOCGaming)

Macey Dean

TheWinterOwl

OperationDX

xPDxTV (Also the media director for squad)

Ryan the Solar gamer

Scott Manley

StreetlampPRO

xxLeGoldfishxx

and myself (obviously)

were not really looking to expand the group at the moment because its already pretty big, but if you have a youtube channel that has a decent amount of KSP on there (or unique content that no-one else covers) then there is a chance you will have one of us knocking on your door.

also the flag pole is still there, just on the astronaut complex

Kinda curious about why some people say things like not point 21 instead of zero. Or have I misunderstood something?

I think it's the way they say it in the UK/scotland etc.

But seriously, I saw Dany's video and the buildings are so beautiful I nearly teared up. Artyom, you are the best thing that happened to this game since SRBs. Praise the 3D god.

I don't do any KSP youtube videos right now. though if I could find the model for the kerbals I would try getting that to work in source filmmaker and do some animation. anyway thanks for explaining about the group

enjoying every minute of this :)

Pleborian, in the video you say 0.21 has a lot of KSPX parts now turned into stock parts, did I hear you right?

can you tell us which ones they are, exactly?

scrap that, you kinda already answered that one minute later into the video :)

Pleb said, "...look back 5 or 6 weeks and say to myself, how did I manage to survive KSP without these things (new ASAS)..." Well, I guess you don't fly spaceplanes using a joystick :) We joystick users experience exactly the same amount of "control" that you get with spaceplanes with that new ASAS, WITHOUT having to USE (the old) ASAS, esp. if you've been flying with a joystick in flight simulators for over TWENTY YEARS *chuckle*.

As for me, where the new ASAS will shine is its "killrot-style" capabilities for non-winged spacecraft.

tbh honest I have never actually owned a proper joystick, I was brought up on the good old keyboard an mouse :D

Which is why :) But yes, I do welcome the new ASAS in spaceplanes as well, esp. if the spaceplane I'm flying is complicated enough that one has to deal with other stuff and just let the thing fly at a specific orientation. Loved your video btw. Rock on.
