Seriously, how does that fly?!

It flies. I'm almost done with the "shakedown" runs. When that's done, I'm going to man that with 12 Kerbals, and then I'm landing that top part on Duna.

Started a new saved game, wandered around the new KSC in "view" mode and noticed some minor texture flickering with the new buildings(certain angles / distances while moving the camera around can cause the building object ground textures to clash with the ground itself, possibly due to cursor passover / selection while moving making it flicker). Copied over my craft files and launched a highly inefficient rocket with many boosters, it crashed due to being slightly off balance and ASAS not being as forgiving, made design better by adding more winglets and flew directly to a 110k Kerbin Orbit and lined up a Minmus encounter / fly by but never followed it through because the rocket was too ridiculous to be my first persistent 0.21 craft :).

Discovered 0.21 broke my stock helicopters (structural pylon bearings). Although technically I guess that is a bug fix. Spent the past couple hours trying to work around it to no avail.

Wait, they don't work anymore? Put a satellite in orbit. Been playing the game for about a year now, but due to the ASAS being something to fight instead of something to fligh with I've mostly used MechJeb or used HyperEdit to put ludicrous designs in orbit. With the improvements made I've decided to go stock for a while.

I decided to put Jeb, Bill, and Bob in a prison protective box (with a great view) by the launchpad so they don't die.

Then, I decide to make a "small" space station in Kerbin orbit, and on the second launch, I decided to see how "protective" the box was. I crashed the rocket into the box, and the game crashed.

I launches a space tation with 10 kerbals. It failed miserably. I tried that again for about 10 times then gave up and launched a psace plane and tryed to land on the runway with the new SAS. My 2 person plane hit the ground and it seemed like it was good for a second then it spun, exploded and launched the real cockpit into the air so I deployed my parachutes and landed my only remaining Kerbal safely. So, another day at my KSC.

I finally got a plane that works.

It still took a few tries but I've got something I can fly around Kerbin now. I think I might barely have enough fuel in it to make it to the Desert temple or the second KSC.

I loaded up my old attempts at planes... and the new SAS couldn't handle those either. But it enabled me to redesign a stable enough craft with a little trial and error.

i had Jeb planted 3flags...(SQUAD floating monolith north of the center; Mk1 command Pod at the center; Abandoned plane hangar in the island)

then i launched a space station and locked Bill and Jeb in it so that i wont kill them

I built a ship that contains 48 kerbals, and am currently launching it to the Mun :D

That'd be a neat trick. From what I saw, you can only hire 9 other kerbals aside from the 3 you start with.

Made a 0.625m version of the 0.21 ASAS using rescaleFactor 0.5 from the 1.25m STEADLER ASAS (with suitably reduced weight/force etc)

Launched a couple of simple remote/probe rockets to see how the new ASAS and RW system handles
