I think Comic Sans is not inherently evil. It is just misused and misunderstood.

It is a comic-style font but it totally looks out of place in a comic book. Seriously. Have you ever seen a comic's dialogue written as such?

Comic sans is font used by scientists. There's no doubt about it.

With that said, if all you are complaining about is that short warning on the science machine then I think its use there given the context is completely appropriate.
