Any chance this is toggle-able? I love he idea of seeing the IVA's, but I also like Windowshine.... Choices, choices :)

Looks great BTW, Look forward to messing with this. Should make for some great videos.

There is probably a way, with a bit of transparency and shader magic.

Yeah, reflections are planned, so you won't need window-shine. The module will be called RealWindows :)

Well, the obvious answer to that is to emulate the way real windows behave and reflect in certain conditions--especially since these are (mostly) not just plain glass canopies but multi-layered, polarized, etc. viewports of awesomeness.

Do lights on Mk2 and Mk3 cabins still work with the visible IVA view?

If so, thank you for another excellent feature. If not, still thank you for another great feature (the lights don't matter too much when you can see your kerbals inside).

@rbray89 Is possible to make a particle spin instead roll or the axis rotations works only for the "2D" layers?

It's "safe" to try the master branch updates or is recommend to wait for the realeases?

Also, could be possible in the future to add the load on demand from kopernicus here? Using several layers with particles (like I'm doing actually in Eve -the planet-) the fps comes down a bit. Maybe the load on demand could help with that? -having the cubemaps in count-

Hello!
I've just noticed accidentally the problem with Jool textures that Amazingteknique was talking about:

  Reveal hidden contents

It happens with EVE 1.05-4 (without other mods) on KSP 1.0.5 in both vessel and map view.
Here's the log file:

Looks like this is the same problem as the "half-sphere" on kerbin. Will be fixed in the next release.

Looks like you didn't clean your old EVE folders out. You have an extra old shader in the shaders folder. I don't know which one.

The new version main menu should look like that. Less cloud cover. The city lights is the last big issue I'm trying to fix.

Thanks.

I always delete the Folders BoulderCo and EnvironmentVisualEnhancement in the Gama Data Folder. Then I start the game without mod. Then I Close the game. Then in install (extract) the 2 Folders in the Game Data. Is this false?

Great, thank you for the quick response!
One more question though.
I'm getting some odd interaction of EVE with HullCam:

  Reveal hidden contents

Specifically it happens every time when you activate any camera from HullCam mod and press F2 - right after that the clouds start flickering, and the longer the distance of view, the more intensive it gets. Here's the log:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/arfq2kmx8sbkaul/output_log%20EVE-Hullcam-flickering.txt?dl=0
KSP 1.0.5, EVE 1.05-4 and HullCam 0.51 - nothing more.

That should be fine... Check to make sure that in the shaders folder there aren't two very similarly named (almost identical aside from one or two characters) files...

Also, there was a new version posted last night that may fix it.

That's an issue with hullcam not adjusting near and far clipping planes properly. It will cause z-fighting, there is no way around this sadly.
