Do you guys need the abort parachutes? 'Cause I'm about to remove them.

I really don't think you need them, I mean the abort sequence for the shuttle with the SRBs ignited was to just ditch the ET and the SRBs and glide back to KSC.

No not really, they don't work well on abort, the crew just barely survive

If Squad ever added drag chutes would you use them, though?

I thought the abort sequence was to ride out the SRBs until they ran out of solid fuel, then ditch the ET and glide back? Not sure.

The parachutes are for when you lose control during the glide.

That looks really good so far! I believe GusTurbo is still the best at doing nose jobs though
