Just one extra part.

Decouplers with pushers for the times when struts cancel out the separation force.

And.. an air compresser with tanks to fill that can be used for anything. Always welcome more means of propulsion.

you should try using the Seperatron boosters, angle them prograde and they will thrust away dropped weight :)

I want a science storage container.

Something that is light-ish and mobile. so that, when I am doing science around jool, I can load up the storage container with my experiments and send it back to kerbin.

Basically I want a more weight efficient way to bring science home. Something more elegant than bringing the whole ship back or bringing an entire crew pod back.

Why not just use the one-kerbal lander can? 0.8t, stores experiments. Just stick an engine on the bottom, landing legs, and chutes on it.

A flexible hose that a kerbal could pull to refuel craft at bases ect. It could transfer all types of fuel. This would make it a lot easer to refuel ships on planets. Also you could have a power transferring version to recharge ships and rovers.

Not so much a part as a feature I'd like to see in stock: an in-VAB/SPH tabulation of per-stage mass/dry mass, and even pre-calculated delta-V if that would be possible. So basically, what the Kerbal Engineer Redux chip gives you.
