For kicks and giggles, do you ever let your kerbal skydive?

One of my favorite kerbal pass times is strapping a booster to a command pod and launch it, then EVA your kerbal see what fun you can get them to do while "Sky diving"

(He survived this particular one, by the way. Those helmets are tough.)

Does a random ejection of a cubic octagonal strut, a command seat, a probe core, and a parachute count? I tend to love doing that to Kerbals randomly. It's fun to do.

A while back I was messing around with the KAS mod and did some sky diving with parachutes attached. It worked a couple times, but it wasn't reliable. Sadly I've lost all the pics I had of that.

I let Jeb jump from the Aeiris 3A at an altitude of 1KM over water. Fun!

Not really since I haven't reinstalled EVA parachutes since .19 or something. But I do enjoy the occasional kerbal on a KAS attachment style orbit.....

I only let Kerbals skydive (to death), if their ship gets out of fuel, and there is no way to rescue them.
