QuickStart:

How can this be? I just recognized a new bug, I'm not sure where it came from, the

... yes ...

IR buttons and UI windows are not working ...

Now I come over here, a few hours after I installed QuickStart 2.00 and read this:

Quote

Thanks for the update, it solved my problem with the icon of infernal robotics not working.

Huh? :o

So for the one it's a fix, for the other it's a new bug?

Check this about my issue:

Infernals works for me without a problem now, both in stock toolbar and blizzy.

Works in editor and flight.

Using IR 2.0.4, maybe you have another version?

I auto load always in space center, the auto load of last vessel always did weird thins in older versions so I didn't even tried.

I have QuickMute installed, and it doesn't seem to mute the startup sound some engines have (e.g. those from KW rocketry) . Everything else is muted, so I'm sure it isn't totally broken. Is there a quick fix for this?

I thought this bug was corrected with Unity 5 ... I work on it thanks.

I simply cannot believe that in 1.1, with ALL the time Squad had to implement this, that they still have that retarded game exit process. I can't think of any other game that makes you go through so many steps to quit to desktop. And on top of that, you have to wait for the pointless ANIMATED menus to slide around the screen before you can click quit again.

I truly hope QuickExit comes soon!

Found something interesting with QuickMute.  If I toggle QuickMute, I get some interesting construction sounds in the background when I'm in the VAB.  While I don't mind them per-se, I can't control them with the normal volume sliders.  When I uninstall QuickMute, the sounds go away.  Anyone else experience the same thing?

QuickGoTo, QuickExit and QuickRevert will have an update at the release of KSP 1.1.3 :wink:
I've made a rework on QuickExit and QuickRevert because they were my first mods and they had many wrong functions :wink:
I have planned to re-added GUI on QuickBrake (and an option to unbrake at launch)

I think it's the vehicle on the VAB? I will re-added my old settings mute (which I thought it was useless with Unity 5 ...).

I recently used QuickStart to jump straight to a vessel, and once I had control I found that all my contract progression had been reset. I'm on KSP 1.1.3 and my version of QuickStart is up to date.

Hello Malah,

i've downloaded your fine QuickIVA mod recently and I really appreciate it. It's a must have for a hardcore experience!

The reason why i write you is that i'm on 1.1.3. and got some strange behaviour. I've tested it with and without other mods.

1. A minor toolbar (stock and blizzy) bug
- which doesn't let you change the settings of the settings file
- settings and its menu are still shown correctly
- you can manually edit settings file

2. Major: No control of your vessel ;.;
- it seems you cant steer the vessels anymore (keys: wasd + qe)
- sas/rcs can still be activated though

This is what i found in the Log so far:

120.7695: MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'FlightDriver.SetPause'.
          at QuickIVA.QGUI.SettingsSwitch ()
          at QuickIVA.QGUI.Settings ()
          at QuickIVA.QBlizzyToolbar.OnClick ()
          at QuickIVA.QBlizzyToolbar.<Init>m__0 (QuickIVA.ClickEvent e)
          at QuickIVA.Button.clicked (System.Object realEvent)
          at Toolbar.Command.click ()
          at UnityEngine.Debug:LogException(Exception)
          at Toolbar.Log:log(LogLevel, Exception, String, Object[])
          at Toolbar.Log:error(Exception, String, Object[])
          at Toolbar.Command:click()
          at Toolbar.Button:click()
          at Toolbar.Button:drawInToolbar(Rect, Boolean)
          at Toolbar.Toolbar:drawButtons()
          at Toolbar.Toolbar:draw()
          at Toolbar.ToolbarManager:OnGUI()

127.1562: MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'FlightDriver.SetPause'.
          at QuickIVA.QGUI.SettingsSwitch ()
          at QuickIVA.QGUI.Settings ()
          at QuickIVA.QGUI.DrawSettings (Int32 id)
          at UnityEngine.GUILayout+LayoutedWindow.DoWindow (Int32 windowID)
          at UnityEngine.GUI.CallWindowDelegate (UnityEngine.WindowFunction func, Int32 id, UnityEngine.GUISkin _skin, Int32 forceRect, Single width, Single height, UnityEngine.GUIStyle style)

I already read that you plan to update this plugin. I just wanted to contribute my info as i didn't find anything about quickiva errors on 1.1.3 so far in this topic.

Apart from begging for an update :), i wanted to ask if there is a chance for an "1st person eva view with forcing" option to be added. Well, "1st person eva view" isn't stock so i wont put to much hope in it. But as all the known mods which had such features are outdated and not working anymore it would close a real gap and would make your mod even more a must have!

Thank you for all your time you spend on this project already.
Wish you all the best,

Sincerely LtMtz
