What mods work in 1.3 but not 1.3.1?

AFAIK, Steam has removed the option for the "beta" 1.3.

Why? A lot of mods, and the problem is that I don't remember all of it

I always keep my install folder away from steam, CKAN or anything that may change it, and a backup of a fresh install of the version I'm using (right now 1.3.1), plus a install to make tests, throwing mods recklessly in it. Glad is just a copy and paste, without any hassle.

It's not expected to have a mod working in 1.3 and not in the 1.3.1. If you are able to revert to 1.3.1, give us the names of the mods and maybe we'll be able to help.

I may tell you what mods I use, but I don't remember. May be there is a way to find out what mods I use in one file?

Beforehand you should install mods compatible with 1.3.1. If there isn't a 1.3.1 version, you can try the 1.3.0 or even 1.2.2 and see how it goes.

You can take a look inside your GameData folder, in the KSP directory. By the name in the folders there you should be able to easily identify all, or near all, the mods that are installed. I suggest you make a clean install and re-download and re-install all the mods, to make everything clean and organized.

Considering that 1.3.1 is the last 'stable' release of KSP, in terms of functionality and release date, the vast vast majority of mods work in 1.3.1, while they may not work in 1.3.0.

If you want older versions of mods, look at the Spacedock Changelog for each mod, and it will list past versions of it.   There should be a similar resource on Github.

If you have no clue what mods you are using, how do you get the idea that it will be any different if you would go back to 1.3?

Technically no, but who's going to stop you?

Can they please just fix 1.4.2???, my interplanetary space program needs refueling!!!

And right now all mining operations are in an *ON HOLD* status,

due to a sudden LT-2 Landing Leg default.

It would seem that these parts had been "over Ker-balled" back at the factory by the humans that work there....
