This is a game about the meme "Kerbals control our space program while we control their space program". The rule is pretty simple: Make up a evidence of Kerbals control our civilization and cause our failures! 

Example: 

Poster 1: The failure of Apollo 1 is caused by a Kerbal that dropped a incendiary in the wrong place. 

Poster 2: the explosion of the Apollo 13 service bay is caused by a mod called Kaboom. 

Me First: 

The failure of the recently Soyuz is caused by a Kerbal who forgot to use decopler correctly.

Investigation determined that several packages of  "Snacks" had been stored in the TT18-A Launch Stability Enhancer next to one of the tubes delivering coolant to the vessel. This also had the effect of disabling the release mechanism.  When asked for comment flight engineer Bill Kerman replied "the refrigerator was full".

The MH370 accident (Sorry for those guys who suffered from this accident)is caused by a top secret program that is about Teleport and <REDACTED>. The plane is carrying a prototype that accidentally activated and teleported the plane directly into the <REDACTED>. The next day, a Kerbal Black Ops team found it and take it back to R&D.

The time when Russia's rocket decided to headbutt the ground but the Kerbals didn't put the explosives on it, they wanted to make a Orion drive powerd chair without nukes.

Both the Chernobyl and 3-Mile Island incidents were caused by the same Kerbal (Jonfrid) thinking that the large red buttons on the panels to control the reactor functions were nothing more than just "shiny coasters".  Not that coffee was supposed to be allowed in the control rooms, but Jonfrid set his cup down on the large, red, shiny, candy-like buttons and boom!

The sls launch tower has costed over a billion dollars because the Kerbal wanted to make it out of toothpicks to save money, but then with there newfound wealth they tried gold bars and platinum... Both ideas failed so they finally settled on super expensive steel from a sketchy website.

The Mir space station entered the atmosphere on 2001. It's caused by an antimatter research project called Project Pegasus. These research stuffs are top secret so The Kerbals crash it.

Remember that "the greatest technical support call"? It was caused by Jeb who wants to mine Kerbacoin but his computer was busy. So he just mindlessly installed the mine program on the computer and go for a walk.
