  1. Tweaking the UUI parts. seems if you build the station above the Pod then move it below you cna use the node just find with a special inverted/reverse UUi docking ring :D (rotated over itself one)

With out the Failcan heavy it has not enough thrust and with out enough rigging it fell apart. I learned that i need to make the retro rocket more powerful so it can function as an escape tower as well.

  2. Ok, we\'ll get some things cleared up here.

TKS is currently on hold as I am holed up in another project for building an Interplanetary Modular Spacecraft.

CardBoardBoxProcessor: Go ahead! That looks a lot better than what I could have done with the radiators.

If you need any help, I have spent countless hours researching the spacecraft. So, if you\'re unsure, drop me a PM.

:D oh you are alive. are you making the boeing IMIS?

if you have pictures of the TKS and VA that be cool to have :D

as for historical accuracy. i am not 100% accurate. just inspired by. Something i like about KSp compared to orbiter.

  3. You are the salvation of the TKS

After this all future updates will be in my thread. http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.php?topic=4604.msg96392#msg96392

Perhaps. i noted that Spruce is no longer posting in the orbiter forum about the TKS anymore nor in here. I hate to rain on his parade but i simply must have one for the MIR project.

I also have the RRV fully Functional. I hope to hurry with the TKS development and release a beta version with simple textures for all you folks that have been wanting it.

  4. HarversteR, we need you to weigh in here with some insight that basically only you can provide.

Without wanting you to give too much away about future directions, is it worth the mod makers collaborating on a standard for a docking clamp? Or is the docking functionality going to be so generic that no such thing is really needed?

On the face of it, this is an initiative KGG will gladly support, but only if we as mod makers can have some sort of assurance that it\'s not a wasted effort. Mod town is a bit of a leaderless wilderness at the moment; any chance you could assign one of your minions as a shepherd for the times when we occasionally need some dev input?

doesn\'t matter people will still want a docking part for parts that dock. it just plain looks better.
