The most visible and obvious bug isn't being talked about right now. Check back later.

Maybe even something like "check that all IVAs are working" or "make sure all the fairings are the right size."

I'm not sure I could play pure stock KSP for 8 hours a day. That alone would get frustrating, let alone looking for and reporting bugs.

Make these two female Kerbals stock
klgraham1013 replied to a topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
...and here I just want completely random Kerbals from the start. -
IVA for the external command seat.

I'm trying to think of the last repeatedly-asked-for suggestion that made it into the game... -
Good news. Just say the banner saying they're looking for QA engineers.

Man. My decision to stick with 1.3.1 continues to look better and better.

From what I understand, the models were fixed, but not the actual offset thrust.

It is completely reasonable to blame someone for using the wrong tool for the job. I will quote myself for clarity: As far as I know, nothing was forcing the Unity upgrade. What would I have them do? Fix the final big bugs in 1.3, and stick a fork in it. Finish the game. Don't release an update with actual eye rolling bugs like typos that eliminate IVAs or make fairings the wrong size. Don't release an update that breaks one of the core gameplay loops of your game: Using landing legs to land things on other planets. Just finish this game.

Let's not start with the "blame Unity" excuses again. Squad made the choice to update the engine. Squad choose to release a version with bugs easily spotted after playing for 5 minutes. This has nothing to do with Unity.

Buff Rapier vacuum Isp
klgraham1013 replied to KerikBalm's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
If someone smarter than me came up with a good balance change, I'd love to see it. Even just a nerf to the air breathing side in exchange for a buff to the closed cycle side. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread, and what the community is thinking. -
Having unlocks for the sake of having unlocks isn't always the best idea. Gameplay and player requirements should always be taken into consideration. I feel that this is basic information for craft flight. Denying the player of it simply to add another form of player progression doesn't sit well with me.

Kerbin should have a pole inclination
klgraham1013 replied to Hunony's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Actually similar to my thoughts besides the game-ifying difficulty curve. As long as there's actual thought put into things. That's all I ask for. It doesn't always feel like that with KSP. -
Kerbin should have a pole inclination
klgraham1013 replied to Hunony's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Each body, in order of dV travel cost, should provide a new, unique, and progressively more difficult challenge for the player. Unfortunately, I feel like only a minimal amount of thought was put into this. As it is, difficulty in KSP is relegated to arbitrary rules and unlocks in career mode. -
Honestly, if the first thing you do when modeling a door isn't checking the dimensions compared to the thing that would use said door...

Make the DLC partially free.
klgraham1013 replied to SpacePilotMax's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Once all the bugs are fixed. We should all stop buying buggy products. -
You're assuming they put enough thought into it to consider scale.
-
Man. This version is great expect for that one broken part that breaks one of the main parts gameplay!
-
KSP2 as I see it as a guarantee and the likely reason Take Two bought KSP.
-
At this point, lets just get a stable version and be done with it.
-
1.3.1. Most stable version once you install the World Stabilizer mod.
