RoverDude replied to RoverDude's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
The smaller stages are about 2 kerbals high. Here's one with a Kerbal for scale and a comparison to a 1.25m rocket And a RL one with Human for Scale... -
Universal Storage 1.4.0.0 (For KSP 1.4.x) 13th March 2018
RoverDude replied to Paul Kingtiger's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Awesome! FYI - Regolith 0.1.1 did not affect the converters. -
[Retired] Multipurpose Colony Modules for MKS/OKS (0.4.5)
RoverDude replied to Angelo Kerman's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Bear in mind they are large not because of their output, but because of the physical space manufacturing and refining take. You can't build an automobile using a 3D printer The other modules solve this by the use of efficiency parts (hab rings, greenhouses, etc). -
parts [1.2] USI Survivability Pack (Formerly DERP) [v0.6.0]

Likely a bad install. -
parts [1.12.x] Sounding Rockets! Start small. Dream big!
RoverDude replied to RoverDude's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
There will eventually be better parts in the 0.35 size. But as noted by the post below yours, you have to use proper fin placement, etc. (I have used these both with and without FAR). What I will say is that I personally learned more about proper aerodynamics playing with these than at any other time in KSP, so I expect they are serving their intended purpose Odd - updated all of them at the same time. Possibly Universal Storage? -
[0.90] Working Multiple Star Systems(WITH PLANETS!)
RoverDude replied to Duracelle's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
(Side note to the folks griping that this is just an aggregation) The OP made it extremely clear that that is what she was doing. At no point did she imply that this was her original work, so no need to be mean. -
parts [1.12.x] Asteroid Recycling Technologies
RoverDude replied to RoverDude's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I'll take a look, should be a small code fix. -
parts [1.12.x] Sounding Rockets! Start small. Dream big!
RoverDude replied to RoverDude's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
So that you would have to launch multiple rockets. It's by design. -

RoverDude replied to RoverDude's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Should be able to - and if you let me know what you did, I'll roll it into the core product. I've had some thoughts along these lines myself. Awesome! I gotta say I spent most of my KSP time in 0.90 playing with these Agree - I have a whole list of ideas for this mod. Unfamiliar with that mod, probably want to let them know tho, given I am using pretty much the simplest science def possible for this guy. -

parts [1.12.x] Karbonite/Karbonite Plus (K+)
RoverDude replied to RoverDude's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
@Admac - I'd be curious to hear your take on some of the changes in 0.90 WRT K+ as Regolith changed the game up a bit. -
Umbra Space Industries - (Roadmap and WIPs)
RoverDude replied to RoverDude's topic in KSP1 Mod Development
Sure, on the list. Already done Already done, the current MKS/OKS version ships with it (minus two parts I am finishing). And FYI - for the production chain you only need a few parts for EPL, so it's pretty simple. -

Correct - everything is done via MM configs. No EPL parts are harmed
-
It comes with alternate parts, and MM configs for EL that hide some of the original parts. EL is still required. It does not make EL obsolete, just extends it's functionality to better suit MKS (basically getting rid of parts that let you go from Ore->Metal->RocketParts, and adding a larger production chain). They do similar things. If you like the EL resource chain, Wombat's is what you want. If you prefer a longer, multi-resource production chain, then the built in MKS stuff is what you want. If you use MKS, mine makes more sense. If you do not use MKS but use Karbonite, use Wombat's. I have a full time job, two kids, and play in an indie rock band But I only sleep four hours a day.
