[SOLVED] Node angle

I had this issue too when I worked on my Atlas. A node in the cfg looks like this: node_stack_bottom = 0.0, 1.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 and something behind that Y (or X), Z, X (or Y), and then with the next three things you can somehow edit the rotation. But it is really confusing, since the rotation doesn't seem to be Unity orientation or so, I think it has something to do with in which direction the node points, but I am really unsure here. I would like to see if somebody could explain that! -

Centaur has a probe core inside but the amount of electric charge seems to be a bit too low as some people reported. -

Maybe try to go into your Unity Project File, my is named KSPMods, go to Assets, go to your part, and inside the part folder you have another folder, named Materials. In that folder, you should delete all files, and maybe also, just to make sure, go back into Blender, delete all materials, and apply the part to a new material. Then just reimport the model file and everything should be working. -

You must change the GLOBAL on top of the screen to LOCAL: This will do it. Also, @Moderators, this should be moved to Modelling and Texturing discussion I think. -

Yeah, but it was really coincidence saabstory88. We'll see if we will pick up the new rocket, right now probably not, maybe later. Don't know. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THOSE OF YOU PLAYING WITH THE STOCK FX CONFIGS I made a mistake on RL-10s Thrust module, due to that the engine had FX and sound and used fuel, but produced no thrust. This is now fixed, thanks to MeCripp for pointing this out, please redownload the AtlasV Stock FX file, link on post 1. Sorry! ;( -

Why should ULA sort the Atlas V out? It's their most reliable system, I thought Delta II is getting sorted out, but not the Atlas V...? Anyway, great you like it! Question regarding people using the config file I've posted which replaces FX with Stock: Does the RL-10 produce thrust? Somebody ran into that issue, and I'd like to know if others of you run into that issue too. And dammit, CRS-6 launch scrubbed. -

I can't really say anything about licenses, I just made one because you need one here. And I've chosen the elements for the license which made sense on me. But really, I have no problem if you make module manager files to edit parameters of the parts of this mod, as long as you don't edit them directly I am happy. Editing textures or the model files is not allowed. And if MM-Configs were forbidden you couldn't also make let's say RSS configs, which would be really pointless. And thanks raidernick for the clear words. -

The FX is from Hotrockets, just edited in a way that it works with smokescreen, and which make the FX expand in the higher atmoshphere. And now, this Stock FX config should work. Put it into your KSP main folder, and overwrite existing files: http://www./download/g622c319p5pewf7/StockFX__AtlasV.zip EDIT: Yes, I will talk with this about Dragon, and about alternatives to the current idea. But cool you like the rest! -

Hm, I don't play with MJ at all, and didn't tested this rocket with it. I would recommend to try launching this rocket by hand, the gimbal range is a bit higher and the sidedrift is due to the asymmetrical booster position even bigger. And the Centaur hasn't got much thrust, you need to pitch up directly when you start the engine, I don't know if MJ does that. I will see if there's anything I can fix. Whoops, I've fergotten to remove it. :S -

Oh..interesting. I will have a look at it tomorrow, probably I haven't deleted the runningEffectname = powerflame Parameter in the part configs. I will reupload that tomorrow, until then you have to live with smokescreen fx. -

Hurray! Hey, I had a funny idea recently: Could there be a command to play music or sounds? Something like "Play 1.". 1 is the name of the file, and the files which can be played are stored in the kOS FameData folder. This would be pretty neat, if kOS launches your rocket and in the background you can hear an epic song or so. -

I can give out surce files for the fairing texture, and may also include some fairing textures with logos on from launches like Curiosity or so Budgie, thanks for reminding me on this, I planned this earlier but forgot it sonehow again. Oh and if we are already at the point customizable textures, some of you maybe noticed this, some others not, there are a few textures with different mission logos for Delta II's EELTT, you may want to have a look in the GameData/Launchers Pack/Rockets/Delta II/EELTT folder. Maybe I should have pointed that out a bit more.
