[1.12.x] Throttle Limit Extended
linuxgurugamer replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Changing the minThrust will mess up other mods. Limiting the throttle doesn't. Regardless, this is the way it is. Not going to change -
[1.12.x] Throttle Limit Extended
linuxgurugamer replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
What point? And I cant easily override the thrust limiter slider. There comes a point where doing changes just isn't worth it -

linuxgurugamer replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Changing the thrust levels affects other tools such as Better Burn time, Kerbal Engineer, etc. Changing min throttle doesnt -

[1.12.x] Throttle Limit Extended
linuxgurugamer replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Interesting, I'll have to check. So, to recap, if the throttle is at, say, 50%, and you then stage, the new engine will also have 50% even if it has ahigher minimum setting? minThrottle is different than minThrust -
[1.12.x] Part Commander Continued
linuxgurugamer replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Ok, I'm in a bit of a lull right now, so I hope to be able to look at it later this week -
[KSP 1.12.1+] Galileo's Planet Pack [v1.6.6] [23 Sept 2021]
linuxgurugamer replied to Galileo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
For any interested, I found the problem, and it was with my install. From what I can tell, Sigma Loading Screen is working perfectly, both by itself and in conjunction with LSM.- 7,372 replies

It's an alpha, no mods at all for it yet Right now they are trying too get the core in a stable state. Think of KSP in it's free days. It's going to take years before it's a viable game for sale

[KSP 1.12.1+] Galileo's Planet Pack [v1.6.6] [23 Sept 2021]
linuxgurugamer replied to Galileo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I wrote a bad post this morning, and would like to express my apologies to @Sigma88 There was no excuse for it, I can only plead exhaustion for it. I've edited and deleted the text in question, but I can't do anything about the posts where it was referenced. It would be appreciated if the authors of those responses removed the bad manners. @Sigma88 writes great stuff, and I should not have posted publicly the way I did- 7,372 replies

[KSP 1.12.1+] Galileo's Planet Pack [v1.6.6] [23 Sept 2021]
linuxgurugamer replied to Galileo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
That is good news. It's not, because LSM wasn't loaded when I was streaming last night. Something else is going on, I'll get you the info this evening.- 7,372 replies

[KSP 1.12.1+] Galileo's Planet Pack [v1.6.6] [23 Sept 2021]
linuxgurugamer replied to Galileo's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I wasn't asking for support, I was giving feedback. That being said, I was streaming when the problems were happening, and I wasn't aware it was your mod until after the stream was over. I wasn't even aware that LSM had been replaced. While annoyed, it's not a deal breaker. LSM has been quiet for a while, because no one asked for any new features. I'll reinstall your dll and remove LSM this evening, start the game and then get you the log file. Obviously it works for some (maybe most) people, but ask @JadeOfMaar about what he saw for specifics. and, regarding pinging you, I'm sorry. I wrote that in a hurry and had to leave for a dr. appt. Regarding both mods, I'd like to collaborate with you to ensure that both mods can co-exist peacefully. Other than my problem with the wrong/replicated screens, which I will work on, my other issue is the DDS only, which prevents people from using their own screen-captures for the loading screen. I'd like to come up with some method with you which would be mutually acceptable to both of us. And, I fully understand your feelings about modding, since I pretty much share them with you Well, having a hard-coded screen is just wasting memory. And, since you have seen the VOD, you can see how many times the RPM screen shows up. I'll get you the debug and log files sometime this evening- 7,372 replies

If you coded it, but shipped an empty file, then people could add mods to it by hand. -
