  1. I fully support this idea. If anything, I wish to contribute. I recently tested the USI-LS mod with the Supplies/Mulch resources, and noted this: -Perfect level of simplicity -No support for Procedural tanks -(User error) With TAC-LS: -Procedural tanks to store the resources -Compatible with MKS/OKS and KSP-Interstellar -Redundant Food/Water/Oxygen/CO2/Waste resources when two or three are needed at most: One consumable, one byproduct and one recyclable intermediary.
  2. I see... I just checked the atmospheric ISP for both engines and saw the major difference. However... I see no point in ever firing a 3 ton 275kN thrust engine inside an atmosphere, ever.
  3. What I meant was that the Volcano at 1.75tons has the same thrust (275) as the 'Tusunga' at 3.25tons.
  4. Hi. I was wondering if the Procedural Launchpad tank (for storing Ore, MachineParts ect) wasn't included in the 1.0 hotfix? What about TAC-LS tanks? Are they also included? I can't see either in my install
  5. Hi Nertea! Amazing set of engines. Just a question. Have you fixed the 'Volcano's' thrust values? They're currently identical to an engine with half the weight.
  6. sounds great! Is it possible to remove the default command-pods-have-KIS-containers setting then?
  7. Is all the 'rocket building and launch' part of the mod functional, independently of 'resource extraction'?
  8. In the majority of cases, the correction burns and suboptimal windows make gravitational assists go from useless to a waste of delta V. In the stock game, you don't have tools to plan a decent Hohmann transfer between two planets, much less the sligshot around a third planet in between. the science behind it is that, starting from Kerbin, heading to Jool, passing through the sphere of influence of a planet with a faster, smaller orbit such as Duna adds the velocity of that planet to your spaceship's velocity. Thos can boost you on your way to Jool.
  9. I got my satellite to 1600 degrees just by flying past Kerbol at about 1-2 million km. Kerbol does have an atmosphere. You'll overheat before you get there.
  10. Hello. Why is it that when I try to attach things with the KIS system (drag and drop from the inventory), the part just flies away, but when I use the KAS system (Grab, Attach), it works perfectly fine?
  11. Either you're missing a few words there or I simply don't get this at all >.>
  12. Hello. I love this mod, but I was wondering if I could skip the 'equipping tools' part of the procedure for mounting/dismounting parts. Is there a way to make the kerbals use the tools (wrench, screwdriver) directly from the inventory?
  13. I found and fixed the problem. The latest version of KSP runs at the highest level of User Account Control rights. The programs I was trying to use to send it to the system tray were running under lesser rights, so could not affect it. The problem was fixed by running said programs with Administrator rights.
  14. I've submitted on Unity Answers and on Unity forum. But, please, just to make sure, could you (or anyone following this thread) try applying RBTray or Iconize 2.0 or TrayIt! To their KSP game? I need to make sure this isn't a problem specific to my install.
  15. Well thank you sal_vager. I'll go support a ticket to Unity, maybe try getting an answer from their forums. I'll return if I have any results/fixes. PS: What's the response time on Unity Tracker like?
  16. All that did was start the game in fullscreen. I went ahead and tested about 15 different programs. These include 4tray, MagicBossKey, WindowHider, PanicButton... Every single application and window I have operate correctly with these programs, including those up to 4 years old (made for Windows 7). I tested KSP 0.90 and it was compatible with those same programs. KSP 1.0 is just special however, and refuses to go to the system tray or be hidden under any circumstances. Any idea why this might be?
  17. Here's a screenshot of the 109C hexadecimal position: As you can see, it is already 00. Ingame settings have Fullscreen ON and Background processing OFF.
  18. Most system try minimization programs have zero options or settings. Here's a screenshot of the 109C hexadecimal position: As you can see, it is already 00. Ingame settings have Fullscreen ON and Background processing OFF.
