The kerbal preview won't show up because the pod has no IVA. It's no bug. @Beale maybe you should have your pods use the stock placeholder IVA, no? Just as a temporary thing.

Odd... I read this thread and tried that same thing and it didn't work. Let Cobalt know how to fix it and we'll add whatever you come up with into the next version of BDB.

If that's what it used in real life, I'll give it a Hydrolox plume. No problem. The LR-87 is such an interesting engine! Having run off of pretty much every available fuel a different times.

I do work in Maya, but I'm still kinda getting used to all the mechanics, with Cobalts help. I don't think I'll be able to pull something any more elaborate than a Castor 120/30 just yet. Also Cobalt has a point. I doubt he wants to deal with the messy texture work.

Not true, the first stage of Black Arrow is 2m wide, the second stage is 1m wide, so if the first stage is 1.25m, then the second stage would need to be .625m.

Soon BDB will have that, AND the docking mechanism! Especially good seeing as that's where this Gemini will be released!

Gemini-Blue Streak... bah... I'll do you one better! God ol' American engineering! Something you Europeans won't quite understand. I'm kidding thanks for the Gemini Update: The Titan II GLV from BDB doesn't have enough Delta V to get into orbit on HSS x3, so I didn't get into orbit, then I realized that one of my mods broke the parachute so it all ended in disaster, but jeez did it look nice. Thanks Beale! Update 2: The texture on the CM looks a lot lighter than the parachute and the RCS and such. Is that supposed to happen?

No, the size of the rocket is the same. I'm thinking I'm just not going to include the payload adapter because I broke its config with various experiments with fairings... I recommend Procedural Fairings tbh I'm glad you like it, thanks. Why did KerbalStuff shut down?? You can't make me go back to Curse! I won't go!

I decided to make a new hard-core science install! It's in Harder Solar System x3 like usual, but I decided to quit using MechJeb for my ascent, instead I do it manually, and entirely powered like IRL. Just now am i realizing how much more efficient full-powered ascents are... and how low TWR isn't a bad thing anymore! At the throttle I had the AJ10 at, it was literally only getting 1.4kN of thrust, and it still got into a 124KMx123KM orbit, without even doing any circularization burns!

I mean... I need to figure out how to make the payload fairing adapter a procedural fairing. Like the Stock kind. Anywho, I'm just not going to include the payload adapter for now. If you want to play with it, be my guest! Supports RealPlumes, Still a little goofy, but have fun!

@Beale Did you separate the heat-shield and capsule? :0 Also how does the decoupler work? is it built into the SM? Update: I just realized that the Black Arrow first stage is almost as big as real black arrow, and the Black Arrow second stage is well over the size of the real second stage. Is there anyway they could be like... scaled down? Maybe a 1.25m first stage and a .625m second stage? And maybe even that .625m WaxWing you showed us a very long time ago. Like really looking at it, Black Arrow is super OP compared to it's IRL counterpart!
