    If you are under 250 m/s it will be safe to open and will open in time. Edit: also, reentry profile has nothing to do with chutes.

    I saw on the tantares thread you were close to releasing a US form of the mod, perhaps you could do this by adding two "start" tech nodes for each nation and then a initial node with a nosecone, guidance unit, and trashcan. This would allow you to put both tech trees on the same mod.

    I tried making one but it only works with procedural fairings because you cant strut onto stock ones

    I think they are done with the physics changes, and I am very happy how 1.0.4 turned out.

    I wonder if it would be possible to implement a small amount of N-body physics by using orbital decay on the opposite side of the moon/planet in relation to the parent body and reversing it on the near-side. Wouldn't be that hard to do
