    @Just Jim In the saucer chapters, it shouldn't be Alpha-77, Beta-77, and Delta-77, it should be Alpha-77, Beta-77, and Gamma-77. To translate from Greek, what you have is A-77, B-77, D-77. Huh? Gamma is the third letter of the Greek alphabet. And Gamma-77 couldn't have failed before we meet the saucers, because Alpha-77 says once that only three of his kind were ever built.
