YAY! NEW CHAPTER! One question: How did Thompberry survive? pandoras_box.kos: application code: variable Muahahahaha = (1/0); end I love Thompberry! His personality is a cheesy 1950's sci-fi character mixed with HAL mixed with Doofenshmirtz. I can imagine him saying both, "I'm sorry, <gurgle> Piper. I'm afraid <gurgle> I can't do that," and "CURSE YOU, PIPER THE KERBAL!"

To Boldly Go interstellar challenge!
KAL 9000 replied to daniel l.'s topic in KSP1 Challenges & Mission ideas
Well, if CKAN says so, than I assume so. (I forget if it is supproted, I may have hacked it ) 11 = K (11th letter) 5 = E (5th letter) 19 = R (18th letter, but I did a typo in the seed) 2 = B (2nd letter) 1 = A (1st letter) 12 = L (12th letter) So it spells KERBAL! -

Oh, and by the way, @HatBat, if you use my space cruiser in Kethane Station, there is a bridge with External Command Seats for you to use in cinematics. This will be standard on all my capital ships, when they are uploaded .

What? I just thought it would be the most ridiculous way to save the Earth... had no idea. -

Doing it Apollo style - Redux
KAL 9000 replied to Xeldrak's topic in KSP1 Challenges & Mission ideas
I was doing this challenge yesterday (modded attempt). The MM touched down about 10 meters away from the memorial, the Kerbals got out and planted a flag, all was looking good. The Mün buggy and all 4 MSEPs were in KIS containers, to be assembled on-site by the engineer. I opened up the containers... and then realized that I had forgotten the tools. A loud "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" echoed across the spacesuit radios. The astronauts got back in the MM and left. The capsule splashed down in Kerbin's oceans a day or two later. After recovering the capsule and terminating the MM descent stage, the flag, the Sarnus IV-B upper stage, and the sub-satellite, Gene uttered the words to conclude the mission that would live in infamy. "This never happened." I'll pack the tools and do a successful attempt later today .- 100 replies

To: [email protected] From: [email protected] Subj: Re: Funding Chairkerb Gregley, I've attached a snippet of Traveller 04's log. We made it to Glaretram, so we stand a chance at the annual budget review. Will you be prepared to back me and my team up at it? Respectfully, -Project Manager Narkat Bobford --- To: [email protected] From: [email protected] Subj: Re: Funding Project Manager Bobford, Of course. Right now, I'm on a tour of inspection of the new research station in LJO (Low Jool Orbit), so I will be unable to attend the budget review in person. Respectfully, -Chairkerb Geltrix Gregley

AND it can be a secret agent it can sense electricity out of its bill!

The platypus has supposedly unique features/defining characteristics of many other animals, all stuck together on one species. Oh, yeah, and it's a mammal that lays eggs.

Platypus. Hands-down the weirdest animal ever. Also the coolest animal ever.

I hope they signed the waivers. JAI is not responsible for injury, death, dismemberment, loss of limbs, mutation due to exposure to radiation, explosions, mental BSOD, or any other harm caused while operating the ITS.
