  2. Propably because of custom steering, right ? Lazor mod once had a KURS Docking-cam Style interface with controls which allowed better motion. Also independency from IR is good
  3. @CobaltWolf Nice new textures I have a question regarding the Saturn Rescale MM Patch - after applying it now all modules for the Lifters fit together except that now the Apollo (Kane) Modules are off - the Petal Fairings do not line up with the CSM Correctly as the CSM and Pod are a little bit smaller. Any plans to add this to the patch ?
  4. Stock Parts are overpowered so if you do something "Stockalike" and want it to be in par with stock parts, then it will also be overpowered
  5. Anything is possible with KIS/KAS 1. Go to VAB open a part which is roughly same size as your target part where you want to place the decal 2. put a KIS container on top of that part 3. Place decal on 1st part, resize, set texture etc. 4. Open the KIS inventory and pull the Decal item inside the container 5. set the KIS container as root part 6. Remove the decal plus the 1st part 7. Build a rocket around the KIS container, send it to the Deployed Satellite (remember to take an Engineer with you + Screwdriver) 8. EVA attach the Decal as you wish if *7 is too hard due to high orbit, Satellite far away, no way to get to it, just HyperEdit the KIS container + Crew Cabin to it
  6. The mod is working as is, only thing not working is the Ranger Landing gear and Lander requires CoM changes in cfg
  7. yes, it's not dependent on the parts i believe, will try to test it with only the parts later on, i suspect something either in the main plugin or conflict with another plugin I run a Laptop with Nvidia GeForce 1060 6GB VRAM, Intel i7 6700, 32GB DDR4 RAM + M2 SSD so i dont suspect the hardware is at fault here (i run The Witcher 3 on Ultra Settings with mods and visual packs)
  8. @Angel-125 I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this. Basically installing Pathfinder makes KSP unplayable due to CPU hogging, without even going into any buidilng, i start KSP without Pathfinder - in SpaceCenter 60fps (limited already in game settings) but then i close the game, put the whole WBI package (Pathfinder+Buffalo+MOLE+MCM) into GameData (latest versions manually downloaded). I start up KSP, load up my mock-career save (1 vessel only without any WBI Parts) and IMMEDIATELY in SpaceCenter i get 6-9fps ONLY I run a fairly Decent Gaming Laptop so i wouldnt dig into system specs. How can we analyse this ? I'd love to use the pack but as it is now, it locks up my game totally At the moment i run only around 40 mods, GameData size is 1GB, i can provide the list of mods but there isnt anything special there i think
  9. @RoverDude Man, i came back to KSP/MKS after a few months and sooooo many changes (for the better of course :D) I have a question though, is it feasible/possible to run the pack without the additional Kerbal Skills ? I know how to turn it off (well, delete the patch which adds those) but will the colony be runnable when i use only Pilot+Engineer+Scientists ? I mean, are there modules which wont work without those additional skills ?

  11. US Only with ESA Perhaps ? I have been thinking about tackling Contract Configurator myself to create something like a US part of the ETS Timeline but it can turn out to require more time than i have on hand at the moment
  12. @pap1723 Hello Man, first off great work on the contract packs I have a question, how feasible workload wise would it be to split the pack into Russian/Non-Russian progression ? Is it possible at all ? I didnt look into how configure Contracts yet but i am planning to take a look at that part of KSP
  13. I am working from home trying to set up a Clustered database for a customer, just cant keep myself from switching to personal laptop for KSP

Oh, i understand the RL10C2 fuel consumption now, the 130:1 ratio is OK but the LOX amount is wrong in LOXEUS.cfg: RESOURCE { name = Oxidizer amount = 5500 maxAmount = 5000 } When changed to amount = 500, finally the rocket starts behaving as should and can lift 80t to LKO (80t is Kerbalscaled from 130t) but still there is too much Oxidiser left, i will play around with the values but more or less fine now
  18. @Sobol I've Stumbled over a few bugs in the Stock Scale version. First off the Resource amounts in PyriosTank.cfg is defined incorrectly (switched LF for OX): RESOURCE { name = Oxidizer amount = 6480 maxAmount = 6480 } RESOURCE { name = LiquidFuel amount = 7920 maxAmount = 7920 } The ratio numbers are correct but it should be: RESOURCE { name = Oxidizer amount = 7920 maxAmount = 7920 } RESOURCE { name = LiquidFuel amount = 6480 maxAmount = 6480 } Second in Engine RL10C2.cfg there is a completely weird fuel consumption definition: PROPELLANT { name = LiquidFuel ratio = 130 DrawGauge = True } PROPELLANT { name = Oxidizer ratio = 1 } either the Ox Ratio should be around 144 if you want to keep LF at 130 or it should be the same as for the RL-10B2 Engine in RL10.cfg: PROPELLANT { name = LiquidFuel ratio = 0.9 DrawGauge = True } PROPELLANT { name = Oxidizer ratio = 1.1 }
  19. Hello, Can you elaborate perhaps on the type = parameter ? For free rescale i understand it to be set as type = free but what about other scaling ? I want to be able to rescale in measured increments, is it important to differenciate each part as type = stack ? what are other possible values for type = ? I wonder if this will work: MODULE { name = TweakScale type = stack defaultScale = 3.75 }
  20. Just a quick question, can the Stock Scale version be upscaled to say 5m instead of 3.75 ? Maybe a TweakScale patch anyone ? would really love to switch to this instead of SpaceY but the "Realistic" version doesnt fit together with stock parts
