Cool car, mine is a bit too short for a Fiero, but the front looks very simular. I've installed a engine and did some more body work and installed the seats. Also trying some paintjobs.

All parts are so huge compared with the Kerbals, maybe if they also had 0,5m parts I would not have to use Tweakscale. I spend some more time tuning the Grasshopper and I'm very happy about how it handles now: I'm going to test the Grasshopper in the desert, driving it from the Dessert Airfield to the temple. TBC

I don't care, I just love that now that I've started using TweakScale I can build things I couldn't before. I'm having a blast with that mod. But FYI, I just got back from a mission using ZERO TweakScale. MISSION: - Take off from Dessert Airfield - Fly to the Jebi Temple - Plant a flag - Return home.

Done all the decals, not happy with the stripes, I'm going to redo those. I'm not going to paint this model, I think it looks great as is. I did a testdrive, (wheels configs are changed) topspeed 44 m/s. I guess this is going to be my car for the Kerbal Dakar.

Making the decals cost me hours . . . I'm still not happy with the stripes tho . . .

Would be cool on a Nascar, a full KSP themed wrap could look awesome.

Progression Started making the decals:

Top Gun was the reason for me to start building models, but I only liked the small stuff (less parts, faster build). My pride and joy was a small aircraft Enterprice carrier with little Tomcats, and other planes, man I played so much with that little thing. What a beast ! More stuff I liked as a kid and never had: The RC Tamiya Grasshopper. So why not making a replica in KSP ? I like the build so far, I also have found the decals: It will be a lot of work cutting these out and turn them into NEBULA decals.

So many things to build, so little time... Working on multiple projects, Willy's Jeep and Tamiya Grasshopper Also still working on the Kerbin Kantina and I still have to create 2 stages for the Kerbin Dakar 2020....

Well, I can't say I'm not thinking about it... I loved Mask as a child, I might try making this car. But there are so many things I want to do, like this Tamiya Grasshopper from 1984: As a kid I dreamed about this, never got it... But now thanks to KSP I can build one myself. But for now I'm calling it a day, I picked up a little toy I'm going to build while watching a movie. Laterz.
