Easiest way would be to hang some bungees wherever necessary- just have hooks aplenty on the walls to start with.
-
I don't remember it working like that at all, so I think it was before 0.23.0.

This. I like having a large vocabulary in order to articulate my thoughts with greater precision. -
Do you have pictures of it? The thought that sparked this idea of mine was of the Dr. Nim machine, which works using tilting parts and marbles as well. I was originally going to try that, but I thought maybe the fuel flow would also encode information and be more simple. I've run into one issue so far: I can't get inputs to cancel or stop moving to the next fuel tank. I think I may add giant "dump" fuel tanks for certain inputs instead, but that is not an optimal solution.

https://imgur.com/a/nWL8eIg This is a working OR gate. Now I just need to figure out how to make a few other gates, and I'll be able to make a simple computer! I based this principle off of domino computing, which I found to be a close analogue to fuel flow in KSP. Here are some links about domino computers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpLU__bhu2w http://think-maths.co.uk/sites/default/files/2018-01/Think Maths - Domino Computer Worksheets_0.pdf http://think-maths.co.uk/downloads/domino-computer-worksheets

"Nobody's ever build a computer in KSP", they said. "It's impossible", I'm sure you were thinking. "The part count would be too high" "It's not like Minecraft, there's nothing in the game that can---" Fuel flow: exists My brain in bed when I should be falling asleep: I just built an OR gate. Pics coming soon.

Last night I dreamt I was preparing a meal in weightlessness, and was having a hard time with some liquid escaping.

Bots, probably, or the thousands of people who post one question about their game and then disappear forever.

But that's nothing new for space rovers. I question whether a rover that can't stay in one place is actually very useful. You wouldn't have much time to stop and carefully analyze interesting features.

"A new life awaits you in the off-world colonies!" Also is Io declaring independence? The suggestion of an interplanetary war... -
I think if you showed a "virtual rover" in the view on your computer that reacts instantly and shows where the rover will be in 3 seconds, it would actually not be too bad. The Street View method is a good idea, too.

Definitely. You'd have to know all the right people... It'd be interesting to try something like this, but have, say, 100 miniature rovers launched to different parts of the Moon, and a Starlink constellation in orbit, and set up a computer program that lets people drive a rover around for, say, an hour, and flag interesting things for science and enjoyment, taking pictures and whatnot. You would want the rovers to have some autonomy, and be able to decide for themselves whether a given command is safe to perform. ("No, human, I won't go into that rocky hole because I think I might get stuck in there." or "Instead of going straight over that big rock, I'll go around it.") With 100 rovers, 2400 people could drive each day for an hour. That's about 70000 people in a month. With 30 minute session lengths instead, you could get through ~140000-148000 people. While it's likely that millions of requests would clog up the waitlists, a lot of people would still get to drive a Moon rover from their own computer, and potentially advance Moon science significantly. Disclaimer: This would be something to do with something like BFR, once it is active and super cost-effective. I don't see it happening that soon, but maybe eventually. This is completely speculative.

I almost feel like, with the level of technology available today, it would be feasible for some random dude like me to design, acquire funding for, build and fly a small Moon lander/rover and control it from my desktop PC...
-
Well, that one won't. It's too small.

There are usually two Soyuz at the station, for 3 astronauts each. So if the station must be evacuated, the astronauts all have a spaceship to get into.

GIF is like Galaxy for me.

Plagueis could save others from death but not himself. Anakin managed to save himself from death, but not others.

That blurry image looks to me like a really sleek tower.

Eh, everybody's pretty darn separated from one another, so I don't think it matters too much. Yet.

Then he must have been at Duna for a long time...
-
Is that...Hallock?

I don't blame them. Character making is rather tedious for me, but once the quest starts I have a lot of fun.

One of my friends has got into DMing, so I've played in a couple RPG campaigns, albeit not with the D&D system in particular. However, we'll soon be separated for a while by college (although he may transfer to my college in 1 or 2 years), so we've got one adventure left in the next couple weeks which he'll use as a precursor to a future campaign. I'm even writing music for him!
-
Probably, as long as there aren't any major delays.

I saw one really bright Perseid meteor this evening. It arced at least 30° and had a thin, fiery trail.
