  1. I've bolded the mods in your list that I have too. Looks like Planetshine is probably the culprit. In my case, I see the square and Planetshine is otherwise not working. I noticed that when I click the info bars in the top right (like fuel, contracts, etc.) the square disappears.
  2. Hey, you've got the magenta square too! I have been seeing it lately as well, though mine typically sits at the loading point on whatever planet I'm on. Do you think it could be from some mod?
  3. Today I built a single launch probe suite for Eve. It has an Eve rover, a Gilly lander, and a commnet suite to orbit Eve when everything else is finished. I'll probably fly that mission tomorrow.
  4. It's snowing here. Fine snow, giving a light covering on the ground. It's snowing someplace else, too. Near one of those stars up there in the sky. Someplace with air, water, ice. Snow falling through the clouds, onto the hills. Snow in the night, maybe illuminated by a moon or a bright star. Just like here.
  5. Maybe the Naboo, who live mainly on one side of the planet, are the main concern of ships coming and going, and the aquatic Gungans are much less active in space.
  6. I started work yesterday on a big space station with a ring. I want to send it to Jool!
  7. There are Moholes on other planets too, although none so prominent as Moho's. They exist exactly at the poles, where the game has to squish and fold up the texture and map of the planet to make a sphere, and they should not be touched. There's a big hexagonal spike on the Mun's north pole that I've visited. I think Bop might have a small Mohole as well.
  8. Jar Jar is the key to all of this

  9. Possibly including literal cookies? I think they probably have done the cookie experiment by now, and sent back the products to be "analyzed"...
  10. When I look up at the stars, I feel at home with them. When I see the craters and valleys of the Moon and Mars, I think - That is a place where I could go some day. When I see people strapping themselves into rockets and being launched into the unknown, I think - I have to do that. A lot of people are excited about space. We just have to keep that excitement strong - which may be a bigger challenge than we'd like...but as the launch cadence increases and the next heavy lift rockets begin flight, humanity will begin to take notice.
  11. Poetry is just idea compression
  12. ***update*** I did see a meteor! I saw this one: https://fireball.amsmeteors.org/members/imo_view/event/2020/188
  13. The airplane is probably more expensive than the boat.
  14. I see no visible passes this far north for the latest Starlink batch, because the terminator is tilted down for winter and they launched too late for it...
  15. Yes, and no. I think it just takes that long for the fairing to fall back down. It's pretty draggy and very lightweight, and under the parasail I think it would take quite a while to float back down.
  16. They want to start providing internet to northern US and Canada this year, apparently.
  17. I wonder if these ones will finally be visible over the midwest US in the coming days. Edit: probably not.
  18. Lego Vortigaunt Elon Musk kicking S with three lightsabers is definitely worth a mention here...
