I have been using them since I can remember! They are great now if the are less shiny all the better!
-
It shouldn't matter. What skybox are you trying to use?
-
I had trouble with it initially but I realized my mistake and fixed it. works like a charm!

The skybox's are working for me just fine. Do you have the most current TR?
-
Naw you are good. I use all of those and TR. TR and 1.1 aren't perfect yet. The navball can't be replaced currently.
-
I have a supported x64 version. I use 1.1. 1.0.5 x64 just isn't and never was supported. If you want visual enhancements 1.1 is the way to go
-
It won't. Make a copy of your save if you don't trust it
-
Try it? That's probably the fastest answer you will get
-
1. You are using an unsupported x64 version. 2. This down here... v Nhawks don't play. He straight up will ignore this. I've seent it

Did you download the EVE configs and EVE file? There are two files you need -
Are the visor reflections fixed as of the official 1.1 or are they still broken?
-
Look, it's still in beta and anything is possible. He may implement some similar features as RT2 in the future but if he doesn't oh well. This mod is pretty awesome as is. If you want RT2 then use RT2 bud. And yes you can run them together but as ShotgunNinja has said "why would you?" redundant if you ask me
-
I have stopped trying to be nice on here. It getting ridiculous. And the threads about "New Rules", while good in concept, don't really matter if nobody reads them anyway.
-
No they don't. But Didn't you know that their issues they have with the mod are special and deserve nhawks time and undivided attention? It's all over the forum like this too. Just kills me. Ain't nobody got time to read.
-
There is no going back now that 1.1 has had an update. If you attempt to go back to last stable release on steam it will be 1.1 still. Looks like you are stuck with 1.1 dude

Stuttering every ~5 seconds in 1.1
Galileo replied to Broco's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (PC, unmodded installs)
There won't be a patch to fix it. Garbage collection must happen in unity. There have been discussions about this since the beginning of KSP and many Squad developers have basically said there is nothing they can do. Sucks it's so noticeable for you. -
What nhawks is saying is you don't need SVE to get clouds and atmosphere. If you just download EVE and the EVE configs it will do the trick and be the least CPU intensive you can get with a visual enhancement mod. Keep in mind, KSP is a very CPU heavy game in general so no matter what, you are going to push your CPU, even in Stock.
