Actually, I'd been looking for this sort of game for a long time, the one where you can build rockets yourself. I looked and looked and looked, and I eventually stumbled upon this, a Scott Manley video. Instantly, I wanted to know more about this game, and researched and researched and researched. I bought it right after 0.19 came out. It almost didn't happen, though, because it was late when I found that video and almost forgot the name of the game the next day. "Something space program."

A bit of an odd question, but is there any wheels or landing legs on this? They tend to cause glitches like this. -

Yeah, thanks for the VTOL idea earlier I've started building it into the ITV V2, but no spoilers yet. 100 meters... woah. I guess the And at this point, the pictures loaded in That's a huge beast! Also points out how long the pictures take to load in this thread. When everything is docked to the Creativity, it will probably be over 600 parts, so yeah. I'm designing the V2 to be low part count. EDIT: 200th post! -

Size 14? Size 14 dresteroids? Let's see. 14th letter of alphabet = N. Class N dresteroid. E class = 40 meters wide. Average diameter increase per letter: 8 meters. Average mass increase per meter: 100 (ish) tons. Class N (size 14) dresteroid = 112 meter dresteroid. Regular class E Dresteroid (from wiki) Density = around... 0.2 tons per cubic meter? doesn't seem right... A million cubic meters in a size 14 dresteroid = 200,000 tons of rock. That's a lot of ore. Reduce crashing

I get editor crashes. Also, flight crashes. The editor crashes happen when placing or deleting a part. Sometimes they happen five per hour, sometimes I can go hours without one. As for the in-flight crashes, it happens when I do something. So far, that something has been EVAing a Kerbal, Quicksaving, and pressing a key before the scene has loaded (sometimes). This probably happens when the game is doing too much at once (trying to move parts right after they have been loaded, trying to quicksave in the same frame as EVAing a Kerbal). I have Kerbal Alarm Clock, Kerbal Engineer Redux, and HyperEdit installed. Admittedly, I am still in 1.1.1, but these bugs are still in 1.1.2, so I hope I have helped. Also, I am on Windows 10. -

In pervious threads, as well as KSP's Naval Battle Club, it was determined that Armor would be useless. This was against conventional weapons. We have Nukes. Any battle in space would Kesslerize Earth, making it impossible to battle in Earth orbit for the foreseeable future. So, the best ship would be a ten mile long armorless ship with eight million nukes and an antimatter bomb at the center which would blow up when the ship was too critically damaged. So, sort of like a suicide bomber ship. It would also have to release its nukes fairly quickly, before the enemy released theirs.

@EvermoreAlpaca ... How big is your computer??? I came here to post about my future Dres mission, but it pales in comparison to yours... Anyway, for my mission report at one point I will go to Dres. The window for Dres is the last one to come up, unfortunately, but I will go to Dres. Right after I optimize the Intrepid for Dresteroid collection. (50 launches later, still exploding). I'm still looking for a way to make it awesome, though. Wait a second... now I have an idea!

I crash New Horizons into the comet, pushing it so it misses me by two feet. The comet, which I dub "Feluki-9723,' is now hurtling toward the next poster. It is also radioactive (New Horizons had an RTG).

@MoeslyArmlis Hmm... never thought about that. It Would be hard to get video of it, and make a cart that small (unless I use mk2 bays). It might also create gaps in the track, which would slow the cart down. The longer the cart, the less sharp the turns would be. It would almost certainly only carry one Kerbal... and I would normally do it. However, I am busy... -

I wish you the best of luck on this endeavor! Back when I tried to do a Jool 5, my Vall lander ran out of fuel and I had to cheat a bit on the way home. So it was sort of a Jool 4... anyways, can't wait to see the Creativity! -

Okay, I've got the first prototype working (ish). It is a HyperTube style roller coaster, and I decided to call it "Colossus." Here it is! Unfortunately, Infinite propellant and No Crash Damage are required. It is also around 200 parts. -
I travel through the black holes and end up in the past, where I end the universe before this game started.

So you can laugh at "Orbital Mechanics" or a "toaster." Why is my 2 minute youtube video taking an hour and a half to upload?
