1. You're not alone in wanting this horndgmium, and mods exist that give a game style more like what you want (Better Than Starting Manned) but we'll not see this in the unmodded game as Felipe envisions it. KSP is a space game about rockets and Kerbals, and without modding it'll never be "Kerbal Historic Human Space Program Re-enactment Simulator". There's no "Better Than Starting With Rockets" yet that I know of, but maybe there should be
2. Oh yeah, I made one simiar to this earlier today, the command seat was clipping into the wheels and making it wobble to bits. It was fine after I removed the seat, maybe putting the wheels lower so they don't touch the seat at all will fix it
3. Seeing as Prowlerwolf's one and only post was this one, I don't think your advice is going to help mountaineerman. Closing this due to necromancy
4. Works well enough for me though it wasn't always this way, the early Linux releases were pretty slow and buggy, KSP was actually faster in Wine.
5. Whoa, get a grip on those harsh-horses there Tex, just a little more effort and you'd have seen this: Not really something KSP can handle without at least Kerbpaint though
6. Kerbal Space Program/GameData/Squad/Parts/Utility/launchClamp1/launchClamp1.cfg
7. Known issue, worked around by scrolling the stage list downwards with a mouse wheel or the page down key, very low priority. Thread is devolving into unnecessary arguments. Closing.
8. Visit a black hole? I actually really like that idea And yeah, KSP isn't done yet, patience! Moving to Dev discussion.
9. Guys, the asparagus we use is not quite the original, seen here: But when we use the term, we do mean a specific kind of booster arrangement where fuel is fed into the next pair (or batch, doesn't have to be individual boosters) to keep the remaining boosters fully fuelled during flight. So please, no more arguing, we're all wrong
10. We'll need to see this rocket, and the launch clamps are in the Structural tab, if you've researched them that is
11. Sorry Daveroski but it really is a floating point issue with the display, even if you're spot on with the burn KSP can display a different orbit to what was predicted. There's already been a few attempts by the devs to address this but it's not been completely fixed yet, and may never be, not without deliberately fudging the orbits to match what was predicted anyway. Also, there's no need to address ToTheMun in that way, he was trying to help.
12. What? Oh! Yeah... I think.....uh.....PenguinsMeep?
13. No probs Instagibb, those fonts are a bit strange and there seems to be more than one kind of Arial, the ones I use are from a European fonts pack used by Winetricks.
14. Yeah that's it, and it looks fine, no clues there :/ I don't know how to fix this sorry, or even how to find out what's caused it.
15. That is it but you'll need to save all the info to a file and post it to somewhere like pasetbin, or here in

tags.
16. Okay, then the font is probably just totally missing from your system, I don't know how that can even happen on Windows but we can still try to fix it. KSP/Unity defaults to the Arial fonts, you can find these in my post here, download them and doubleclick them, Windows will install them for you. This may require a reboot to make sure Windows can find them, but should start working immediately The other text you do see may be the Tahoma font that KSP also uses.
17. I'm not all that bothered about the arguments for or against asparagus, but after using it for so long it just gets old, and traditional staging just feels better
18. I had to add code tags, those posts were huge! Now you're over 3 posts you're out of moderation, it's a spambot thing Fonts in Windows can get corrupted, Windows usually just chooses another so you don't notice, but KSP can't do that, so rebuild your font cache and it should be fine.
