There has been a delay of the construction of my ground unit, as some random Kerbal fired one of the 4 in. guns use for air defence at the SPH. Oops.

I shall join the Air Force! For @Murican_Jeb! My F-16 Fighting Falcon Replica. Everything except the BD Armory stuff is stock, even the drop tanks. It has good maneuverability, though it rolls very hard. EDIT: @Murican_Jeb can I join both the Air Force and the Ground units?

Like I suggested to @HardestGameEver: Use MechJeb's rendezvous guidance. Watch what the autopilot does. When really close, like 10 meters from the target, select the docking port on the targeted vessel as the target. Meanwhile, control your vessel from your docking port. Then turn on docking guidance. It will dock with the selected target. If you close the docking guidance window, the maneuver will terminate, so keep the docking guidance window.

Yup, I'm referring to the middle hull sections. The attachment node for the bow is good, but the node for the stern is a little too far out, as there is a gap between the node and the hull. Other than that, it's good.
