  1. If it would be so easy I don't think I'd have problems at all. Infact I've already tried that at it didn't help one bit.
  2. A little update on the skills of yours truly: Yep; still can't draw. At all. I've honestly stopped trying now. The problem is that I do have ideas for some drawings I would consider as "beautiful" or "good (enough)", but that's subjective and beside the point. I have these images in my brain and I can't get rid of them, I really want to draw them, but I can't. And when I do try, it just looks ugly. And I'm not even expecting anything from myself at this point. My expectations are literally 0 and I still manage to disappoint myself.
  3. I can remember doing that in the 0.18.3 Demo. But that was a long time ago, so I could just be remembering wrongly.
  4. There was a little situation in the bus I took home today. Basically, every Friday, instead of biking home from school, I take the bus because I'm not in my school, but in a different one. I can't bike there in a few minutes, easiest solution is taking the bus both to get there and to get home from there. Anyways; unlike other bus lines (which, funnily enough, have the same number) this one isn't "dedicated" to that school. So it isn't just filled with students from there (Infact, me and someone else are the only ones, and the bus is pretty empty anyways), but also young children. And they caused... a bit of trouble in the back. So much trouble infact that the driver stopped and said something along the lines of "If you don't stop that now I'm going to throw one of you out the bus!". And that got me thinking. How would I have reacted to such a statement in their place? Probably I would have been scared, what if he actually throws me out? But of course, I'm older now! I know what his real intention is. He isn't the "evil", unfair bus driver who thinks it's funny to throw someone out or embarrass children, or who would actually even sincerely think about doing that. He just wants it to be quiet and calm in his bus, in his workplace. He's just doing his job. This made me realize that I have, actually, grown up a lot. There is a huge difference between the "me" from 8 years (+-2 years or so) ago and the "me" I am today. I've changed a lot since then. My appearance, my opinions, how much I know. The jobs I wanted to do so badly as a child. The goals I want to accomplish in life. So much is different now that I wasn't aware of before. So, to what extent am I... myself, then? Aside from the memories of having done certain things (or not having done certain things) I have nothing in common with my past self. I am basically a completely different person now. With a different personality, different tastes, different likes, different dislikes, different... everything. And I'm not sure what the future holds for me. Who knows if the goals I pursue now will also be pursued by who I will be 2 or 3 years from now? How much will I have changed then? Wow. And all of these thoughts on a bus. All this because of some children I don't know and probably won't see ever again, ever, in my life. But I don't regret having thought about this. It's good to lift this weight sometimes.
  5. Does TU work in 1.4.3? The title of the thread says "1.4.2" and no other versions are mentioned (No 1.4.X or 1.X or anything), so I assume it doesn't?
  6. Writing my first final in one and a half hours. I'm a little nervous.
  7. No, Intel Core 2, apparently. With 2.13 GHz.
  8. Even bigger question: How am I able to play KSP at all on my PC? It has a CPU from, like, 1998!
  9. Great. Now people start to make fun of my disorder. Saying things like "Oh, I have an anxiety disorder too, then!" (paraphrased) is not as funny as they might think.
  10. @Kernel Kraken So? Lying about playing KSP is still better than Fortnite.
  11. Even with KSPs supersensitive-to-velocity parts you just scrape instead of explode on Gilly.
  12. AHHH! HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT FORTNITE IS!!!!!!!!!! On a more serious note: It's just annoying because everyone talks about it. Better yet: I've had this situation in a bus. Even worse since you cant escape it, and walking (home, so I'm in no hurry) would take about an hour at my 4.96km/h* walking speed. *Calculated.
  13. We're talking about Elon Musk here. He will find a way to do what he wants to do.
  14. Mine fail far before that - during reentry. "Sudden loss of control" is on a lot of my post-flight reports. Anyways: Welcome!
  15. I doubt that, for some reason. (Real time?) reflections alone must take away some frames.
  16. It's civil twilight right now, I guess (the sky is still somewhat blue). There's a really bright object roughly to the west of me and I don't know what it is. It's much brightter than any of the stars visible right now and it isn't moving, perhaps a satellite?
  17. Post'em here too, please! I'd like to see those images, too!
  18. Which brings me nicely to my question: Where can I find these configs? Specifically, for the stock parts? It might be the easiest question to answer for myself by just clicking around somewhere, but so far I haven't found anything. I can image this mod, PlanetShine and KS3P being a great graphics mod combination.

    Hiccups

For me that would make the problem worse (assuming that adding hiccups to hiccups increases hiccup frequency (it probably doesn't)). I often get hiccups after eating something. Not all the time, but in, like, 80% of all cases. They usually go away after a few seconds/minutes.
  20. @Kronus_Aerospace This is what KSP screaming in agony looks like.
  21. In sandbox mode I decided to visit a very specific place on the Mun. I got there with a simple lander that docks to the "real" spacecraft, much like the Apollo missions did: Next stop on the list: Minmus. Because of it's low gravity I landed the entire craft there, not just the lander. Looks a bit strange... And finally, after that it was time to go home.
  22. In that case: Why even bother putting up a fight? If it truly is an inevitable result that cannot be changed, that's a waste of resources. Not that you'd care about resources as a zombie, though...
  23. To tone down the excitement a bit, here are some things that @SQUAD didn't fix: The huge lag when entering the main menu, either on startup or via "Exit to main menu" hasn't been fixed. It wasn't there in 1.3.1 or any previous version, so what's up with that? Upon changing the version from 1.4.1 to 1.4.3, KSP reset its resolution back to 1680x1050. For perfomance reasons I reduced the resolution to 1280x800. FL-T100 Fuel Tank radially clips more than any other size 1 fuel tank. FL-T400 Fuel Tank and FL-T800 Fuel tanks have their upper attachment node too low. This results in Z-fighting, as (barely, unfortunately) shown by these satellite dishes (compare to the unaffected FL-T200 and 100): Opinion: I actually liked the (menu) music playing over the settings screen, same with the bird chirping in the KSC scene. It feels like something is missing.
