  1. I have this problem too- my shuttle flips when the OMS turns on. It's your basic 3 Vector and two Thud deal, but when the Vectors go off and the top mounted Thuds ignite, the craft pitches down like crazy.
  2. @Raptor9 how do you get the struts to make landing legs? I love the design of the new Jack Rabbit lander, unfortunately I cannot download it.
  3. "Humanity has landed on Mars not for the gain of any one nation, but for- Hey, what's that black monolith in the distance?" "Dammit Alexa, this is definitely NOT the nearest McDonald's!"
  4. I used Sirius (the big, obvious star) and Rocketry cause I like it.
  5. Yeah- it seems the sheer difference between genres is what causes a gulf between reviews. With most of my top 5, nostalgia, fun and the size of the game factor in. Example: Wipeout 2097 is rather light on content compared to the rest of the Top 5, yet it was probably the first game I ever played (and completed) plus it was sheer fun that still stands more than 20 years after release. GT4 on the other hand taught me about cars, my main love (although rockets come close). GT4 wasn't just a game- it was a lifestyle, with endless content to play through, amazing music and fast cars KSP beat several games to the Top 5: Project CARS, Halo 3, Forza Motorsport 4 , Five Nights at Freddy's and COD Black Ops among others. KSP represents my shift to PC gaming in general: such a great and expansive game with a fabulous community is the quintessence of PC games. For all the hours watching Scott Manley, to the forums registration, to the very first steps on the Mun. Here's to video games- never a waste of time!
  6. Hi guys, Some of you might be wondering why I haven't updated in a while. The reason is the save might be corrupted: I can't access any building when I click on it. I'll try fix it, but if not you'll have to either wait till I get a new computer or I'll restart a new save so much effort down the toilet. Sigh...
  7. Maybe I'm a little weird here, but I actually didn't mind Gravity. Some scenes were ridiculous (why is Tiangong in exactly the same orbit?) but it was OK overall. I also loved Interstellar and the Martian, and Life (2017) was pretty good too.
  8. OK, good to hear. I was worried about running demanding games like the later Just Causes- glad to know it performs well!
  9. Hi, I'm getting a new gaming laptop next week, and I was wondering what it could run: CPU: i5-8400H 6-core 2.8Ghz (turbo to 4.1) Graphics: Nividia GTX1060M 6GB RAM: 2400Mhz 16GB 120hz display @1920x1080
  10. Shadowzone and his channel are awesome!

  11. Sounds good! (Rule 2j might have to step in, however) I will definitely send a probe through at some point.
  12. ^ Absolutely, SciFi Visuals is pretty light, requiring just a basic graphics card to run. KS3P is a little more basic, but incredibly light to run: my Intel 620 HD Graphics utilize it no problemo.
  13. Exams over (except for internals on Friday and next Wednesday) I won the national spelling bee (New Zealand) so I'm going to buy a nice laptop with some of the prize money, and maybe start a YouTube channel. Expect some more SSP this weekend (hopefully) and in a few weeks I'll be installing some nice visual mods
  14. Excellent work @cratercracker! Your Mun lander is a strangely satisfying design; I'm gonna try to replicate it later! Interesting, skipping past the 'early-game' straightaway. Definitely staying tuned.
  15. Is it possible to edit the length of time that the missions allow? Landing on Duna in a year seems a bit extreme...
  16. If only I had MH... I really like that Soyuz 'Dongmeng'
  17. Don't worry, I see your point here - although how you know what's in 1.6 is beyond me..
  18. By my very rough estimate, I've been playing around 400-450 hours since February 2017.
  19. Yes, it does. Does SSRSS itself actually use much resources or is it a fairly lightweight mod?
  20. N E C R O I Z E D Yup, I'd say top 5. The Top 5: #1. Gran Turismo 4 #2. Wipeout 2097 #3. Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec #4. Wipeout Pulse #5. Kerbal Space Program
