  1. Operation Paperclip: The German Connection Introduction: During World War II the V-2 rocket was amongst the most advanced weapons produced by Naz!-Germany. Hundreds of V-2 Rockets were launched against Allied targets. Near the end of the war the United States and Soviet Union rushed to confiscate and reverse engineer the Naz! technology as a means to produce even more sophisticated weaponry for wars to come. In order to stifle the efforts of the Soviet Union, the United States launched Operation Paperclip, a secret program that recruited German scientist and engineers, such as former SS-Sturmbannführer Wernher von Braun to work for the US Military. With the help of von Braun, the US captured 100 V-2 rockets to the recently established White Sands Missile Range. From 1946-1951 the US Army fired 67 V-2 rockets from the site. The Missions: V-2/A4 Testing Launched by: US confiscated V-2 Rockets Launch date(s): 1946-1951 Launch site: Launch Complex 33, White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, USA
  2. I'm alive, just busy with work. I am looking forward to getting back to it soon! I am glad @CobaltWolf got around to making my PAM.
  3. I agree. @CobaltWolf and @benjee10 are by far the best KSP "Texture-ers" (is that a word) I know. They do an excellent job mixing realism and pork-alike styling.
  4. Very nice! What probe are you using? On a side note, your new profile pic is throwing me off big time.
  5. It's a vanity font called MotherRussian... Lol, I am not kidding You're right, it's just the words on the left in a different font, not real. Also, feel free to use any pics of mine you want, I am happy to contribute. Good guess, but I actually was too lazy to install the Cyrillic alphabet so I just used a font that exchanged certain letters with cyrillic characters, it's purely for show.
  6. @Beale Good eye! The TKS decoupler is a part I have been wanting for a long time. The other TKS/VA thing we need is the radial engines. I use the Contares ones at the moment, but I would love to see your take on them.
  7. I was able to mess with Coatl and BDB enough to create an interim Mariner analog.
  8. You don’t say? You should look at my Dyna-Soar post a page or so back , I use them on the other titan SRBs , but the titan IV has plain-er nose cones , I did add the separation motors though and they look more realistic that way, rather than the titan III cones that have different lines.
