  1. Please keep talking about planet surface pits, craters and such! As for multiplayer and time warp, maybe an isolation or a pause for game elements that could be disrupted?

No one can guess how much time is needed for Phase 1 but one thing for sure it's gonna be one of the most difficult and time consuming since they have to solve all the basic things in game that are weird at the moment. The same I would expect for Interstellar phase and multiplayer. I wish they would come out and give some more specific timetable at some point but their answers are always vague....
  4. Some basic life support should be in the game and modders could expand it. It's not realistic to leave Kerbals waiting on a desolate environment and they survive as long it takes for you to pick up them. Same for interstellar missions considering they will last years or decades, some LS and hibernation as stated above would be cool. And yes if some players find it too challenging they can turn it off. As for other stuff like weather and the delivery routes which is dissapointing Nate said they might implement a realistic method in future. I can understand that KSP2 is a next level game 10yrs later after KSP1 and they want to do build something much better but it seems to be very hard and complicate. They create a small universe with impossible calculations way too complex than anything I've seen in a game so far. So I can understand the game won't be so good for a while and even at 1.0 but hopefully it will be 10 times better than KSP1 over time.
  5. Unfortunatelly Nate stated in AMA there will be no life support as they don't think it improves the game. Which I disagree. It would make the game more realistic and little more difficult. Anyone who tried life support mods in KSP1 knows that. Kerbals need oxygen, food and water, it's another factor you have to take into account when you design ships and missions. You have to load extra weight proponent to mission length. And of course psychological effect on Kerbals for long mission, boredom, sadness, madness... Surely this would make the game very complicate for developers on top of all they have already. I expect mods would cover life support like USI in KSP1 but it would be great if there was life support in game. Maybe a DLC? Who agrees?
  6. Will be possible to alter the surface on the planets? Like dig a pit or flatten an area for a colony? Currently there are elements on the UI that look very jaggy, will you fix this soon?
  7. Oh well, I have only 1 star farmer, I will add a 5 star scientist, load some organics again and see how it goes.
  8. I have a weird problem, I have set my Atlas Agri Module to produce organics through with Agriculture (S) but it's missing Organics! What the hell? I added some just in case and it ate them all without producing any! I checked the code in Atlas module and it is what is should be but for some reason it asks organics to produce organics!
  9. I'm using KSPIE and Cryogenic Engines, Unfortunatelly KSPIE is causing issues with fuels and I'm missing Liquid Methane + Oxidizer. Removing it is not an option because it breaks my game many parts are in use. I removed the ResourcesConfig and Resources folders and fuels work properly but I get errors in game. Any proper way to fix this?

  11. I found KSP Interstellar Extended to be the problem, once removed tank works as it should but it breaks my game, lots of parts are missing, so my Mun base does not load... I have to see how I'm gonna solve this. Thanks for driving me to the right direction though.
  12. Something is wrong with my mods then. I used the same tank I have more options like Helium3, Tritium and other exotic stuff but no LiquidMethane+Oxidizer
  13. Allosaur, what fuel are you using? It's essential that I find the ideal engine and fuel for travelling around Kerbol preferably not atomic engines. Methane seems to be a good option.
  14. Like others I can't use methane engines because there is no Methane+Oxidizer tank. I have Liquid Methane or Liquid Methane+Liquid Oxygen but it doesn't work, engines won't start. So are they useless? Because in the same question few posts above there was no answer how to solve this.
  15. RatRack Rover is upodated with new parts. The older version is invalid now, not a problem but is there any screenshots of new RatRack rover? I don't know how to build one properly, where parts go etc.
  16. Thanks guys. It is what I afraid it was but at least it's simple I only have to wait. I need silicon container over half full. I wish I could just send all or most of it to the main base. And of course as said before silicon is needed by SP parts factory. I don't know why silicates appear on planetary logistics I haven't set any silicate container for planetary logistics. Probably a bug. Game version is 1.12.3 USI 1.4 I have Tundra module Pioneer logistics on both bases. So I'm going to Minmus and wait for silicon to fill up.
  17. I've been trying for days to work with Planetary Logistics. And there are no much information or tutorials online. I'm on Minmus I have my main base where I can mine everything I need except Silicates which I mine and process to Silicon on another base. So on my main base I have a Pionner Logistics module with pilots and a storage for Silicon defined as Planetary logistics, there is also an Assembly for Specialized Parts that needs Silicon and doesn't work because it's missing. On my 2nd base where I process Silicon I have also Pioneer logistics module , pilots and a storage with Silicon. Planetary logistics on or off nothing changes. On Planetary logistics tab I see nothing about Silicon, there is a reference for silicates 0 for uknown reason. Also a reference for Refunding for KSP 15023 or something like that a number that gets bigger over time. Some help please. I spent lots of time and spent millions to set those bases. I'm really frustrated and I will have to abandon game entirelly.
  18. I agree, I don't want to see aliens or other civilizations, maybe in KSP3 or 4... but alien life in form of microbes or small animals fish, lizards or bugs... would be hillarious to see Kerbals bitten from alien fish or to be scared of a lizard.
  19. After many months I returned to KSP and got the last update. To my dissapointment I find crazy behavior on stations. My KSS which was fine before the update now whenever a new ship docks at station it was wobbles like crazy making the whole station wobble. Switching reaction wheels on ship off helps. But when I want to move the station to a new orbit... more wobble... I said ok don't care since it's an old space station I was planning to build a bigger one on a higher orbit with new tech and 4 large fuel tanks supplied by Mun fuel production, big plans ahead colonies etc. So I started building Prometheus Station with 2 orbital rings capacity 14 kerbals each, cool everything in place after working hours in VAB. Now time for a test drive. Using cheat to set in orbit at 160km, It has a wrong direction turning on SAS and prograde.... WOBBLE! Ridiculous! A more fitting name would be Crazy Lollipop! I know it's not mods because others have this problem without mods. So I'm frustrated. So many hours wasted. I don't see any fix since 1.12.2 was the final update and brought the wobbles. Has anyone found a fix on this? Not half solutions.... More likely I will wait for KSP2 next year....
  20. I'm building an orbital fuel depot and I want to connect them with tubes. On one side I used truss and hub to switch and connect 2 sides it looks cool but unrealistic thin and no fuel lines. Are there any tube mods?? As long they are not huge and have no windows.
  21. From what I've seen so far in KSP2 videos is stunning. I wonder though if there would be more interaction with the environment or dead planets as in KSP1. Now wherever you go you can explore get some research points or mine for resources. What if there are events that do happen on those alien planets? Things like: weather that can affect your landing or your colony life microbes or animals deadly heat from lava or star ice that can be melt into water so when you land ice melts partially dig a hole, flatten an area for a colony all kind of events that can alter mission status rather a dead universe and last free moving Kerbals that actually use all parts of a spaceship, station or colony.
  22. Perhaps you should invest on a new system then. Not a laptop but a full PC desktop to enjoy KSP2 properly and whatever else.
  23. One of the many reasons I don't buy a mac. I'm a gamer I need a high performance system and play anything I want.
  24. Indeed 2019 but I think they had already started before the announcement, anyway I watched a video on youtube yesterday and made a comparison KSP2 and SpaceX. Unfortunatelly I don't have the link. On 2019 SpaceX had a tiny experimental ship and where they are today eh? Of course they have billions nowhere to KSP2 budget but it's a game damn it. Another thing is that they keep adding things making it greater and larger cool but... those things keep adding also time and hence the delays. When KSP was released was a very basic game yet it was succesful and of course over the time they kept adding stuff and improving the game. I wish they were doing the same now having all the experience from KSP1 build a good robust game and keep extra stuff for updates or DLC.
  25. I hope KSP2 to be released early 2022. Cause I'm losing interest.. I said ok they should take their time for a polished product but delay after delay it looks like never coming. they should deliver even if they have to keep some parts for later.
