At the moment I have uninstalled to be safe so I can't tale screenshots for planets orbiting nothing but I remember one named Nisee I think. Probably it has to do with missing Instantiator or KS3P. I installed via ckan. When I start a new game I will try it again.- 2,454 replies

How badly do the stock planets need a retexture?

Ok you are really talented you made a heightmap in MS Paint and coded in Word never seen that before! All your work so far is stunning. Will definitely download your Stock System Makeover if you decide to do it. But seriously stick with Photoshop and Notepad++ or Visual Studio Code (don't know if it works with game files). As much as I love KSP it doesn't go deep into details like most games I'm kinda disappointed they focus on gameplay but they miss variety and detail in things like maps which could provide a much better gameplay at the end. I'd like to see more detailed planets both in texture and diversity with mountains, cliffs, lakes, volcanoes etc. Whatever is possible in balance. For me heightmap is the most interesting part and texture comes second but a better than stock for sure. I've seen your interesting idea to use nebulae for heightmap creation but what if you were using real heightmaps and alter them however you see fit? I have done it for other games and works like a charm. -

Great I was able to install it through ckan and looks stunning and huge! I have some questions though. I had already started a game the 3rd one and I have some progress so I don't want to start a new one for now. Is this ok to play on a saved game? Contract configurator had an exception error because of missing planets like Mimnus and it's full understandable but is it possible I'll have other errors? Space Center appears to be on a flat area but on a mountain instead near the sea, is that right? And last about planets, the outer ones are dark very dark (no sunlight but damn it..) also I noticed some planets orbiting nothing.. is this intended?- 2,454 replies

The KSP tutorials suck, I tried the first ones until Orbit 101 which has a bug and doesn't work. YouTube videos are better but I'm overwhelmed. At this point I have learned some basic stuff and need to learn how orbit planning works. I guess I will look up further in youtube and try to figure out how everything in KSP works.

Hello there. Being new to KSP I'm trying to figure out how things work and have lots of good mods but I don't know how to use most of them. And most hard so far the Precision Maneuver I thought it will make things easier but no... I have no idea what I'm doing what all these buttons mean. So far I have managed to get in orbit manually and now I want to plan it using PM but I can't understand how it works. First of all once I Add a Maneuver the window opens and I can't close it unless I press DEL. Then the most important how the hell I plan an orbit? For example I have my ship with AP around 140km at this point I want to move higher and get in orbit around 540km. I can increase the AP but PE remains stuck or low and I can't get into orbit. Obviously I'm doing something wrong but I could not find any video or some tutorial for PM or Precise Node either.

Looks awesome! Can Kerbals take off their helmet inside the base? Will be there a launch facility? -
How I can change the logo to game's default? Currently game loads TextureReplacerReplaced logo in main screen or other mods might do the same. Also I see the same screens around 5-6 over and over like there are no many pics to show but I believe there are both from Squad and so many other mods installed.

At the moment I don't have it installed because I couldn't install it. I uninstalled OPMVO but I must keep TextureReplacerReplaced which is needed by some other mods. I will try to install GPO.- 2,454 replies

Manual installation failed game crashed. I moved all files to GameData except TextureReplacer cause it's incompatible with KSP 1.3.1 I use TextureReplacerReplaced instead. I don't know if that was the cause but once I removed GPO game worked fine.- 2,454 replies

I'm trying to find a Solar System compatible with latest Kopernicus version but so far none works except GPP which changes the solar system completely I prefer one like Gamelinx's which is not compatible at the moment. Any suggestions pls? -

Although mod says it supports 1.3.1 I got a reminder from MiniAVC my KSP is not supported and I need to upgrade to 1.3. My KSP version is 1.3.1 even if I edit the version file in mod the reminder keeps bugging me every time I launch the game.
