How can it land on a single engine? Wouldn't the lateral force from the engine cause it to tip? -

I thought mks need 3 engines for landing. Anyway, how roasted will the pad be? Won't be surprised if they need a new sound suppresion system. -

If the landing pad has no flame trench, the pad will take the full blast of 3 Raptors. -

Just curious, how will concrete last against rocket exhaust? -
Or taking a cargo starship apart for building houses. I don't want to live in a fuel tank.

Pretty sure hot gas thrusters do not have that much thrust. If landing and tipping over, tip velocity is about 12m/s, or 40km/h. Car crash?

Hmm. Was it on the leeward or the windward side? It was shielded from the heat already by dragon's heat shield. -

Looks like solid fuel to me too. I also suggest looking at exhaust from different fuel mix. High carbon rockets have smoky/yellowish exhaust from incomplete combustion, and a bit of free carbon. Liquid hydrogen engines have practically invisible exhaust (water vapour is essentially colourless) N2O4/UDMH or N2O4/MMH engines have less visible exhaust due to more complete combustion/lower carbon content. Same for methaneLOX engines. -
New emotes will be released. Mostly terrified kerbals. Kerbals will sway their heads to G-forces, as well as feel scared. HOW COME I NEVER REALIZE I NEED THIS?

I have a feeling my friend will crash a ship into it "accidentally". Request permission to blow up entire colony with nukes. -

30 something engines. Sounds familiar. Modular design is key here. If a big dumb rocket can land itself, is it still dumb? -

No. 1 raptor has a thrust of 2000kN. 1 starship mass is 110 tonnes. Moon gravity is 1/6th of that of earth. Weight of empty starship is about 180kN. Raptor min throttle is about 50%. Or 1000kN. (Might be lower, I forgot). -

Star theory says that exploding fuel tanks will have shockwaves. Now, I expect this to be implemented for Orion Drive. Kaboom. -

I can already see a ton of damage that can be dealt with this. Imagine all the Interplanetary Ships, fighters, carriers, FOBs, and NUCLEAR MISSILES (with orion drive/nukes for the drive)! -
