  1. Upgrading is a good idea. Make the part cheaper by spending science points. Add a science generating slider so you can have extremely difficult advancements for veteran players, and noobs won't be scared of the difficulty and turn into veterans.
  2. I feel like MPs will limit timewrap for long term flight, due to problems with other players' contraptions launching. So, a griefer just have to launch rockets occasionally to mess with people's interplanetary launches.
  3. If flying colonies are allowed, a self-sustaining carrier capable of bombing everywhere in the solar system, complete with bombers, scouters, refueling landers and resource harvesters.
  4. Requesting for: able to control orion drive nuclear bomb detonation distance. Basically, a slider controls how far from the craft the bombs exolode. Lower distances increase thrust, but damages rear deflector plates more. Higher distances decrease thrust, but deals less damage. This request has nothing to do with the fact I will totally not use the orion drive for nuclear bombing the KSC.
  5. One of the best things of having kerbals doing the voiceover is that you can make random noises as "kerbal language", and it will be easier on the devs for it can be used on all language versions of the game. Also, because kerbals are the main characters, having Scott Manley speak human language sounds strange. However, I am all for Scott Manley doing all the groans, screams and grunts in the tutorial.
  6. Starlink would probably be one of the first payloads to launch abroad starship, because SpaceX have faith in SpaceX more than others would.
  7. Aaaaaaand... the dopants and materials used for alloying is so great that ISP drops to 70. just kidding
  8. I can imagine we will be arguing a lot, and someone will be backseat driving.
  9. Not a bad idea, but I think kerbals screaming should be the main voiceover.
  10. Description: A part for assembling rockets and spaceplanes, not for downloading mods. (This is the nth time I milk this joke)
  11. What about Caesium being a MH binder, because quantumn physics, yet still gives MH an ISP of >1000 and a not-so-terrible think fuel tank? Or magnetic confinement of MH? Just like fusion tech?
  12. They should also make the tankage magnetically confined. Guess this would be downside of magnetic hydrogen.
  13. USA wants to know your location. Deploy colonies? Maybe, if the legs are long enough. Water launched rockets? HELL YES, BEHOLD, MY SEA DRAGON.
  14. I agree. Sounds extremely good for reducing time search for proper tanks.
  15. Magnetic confinemrnt sounds more plausible than metastable metallic hydrogen. Metallic hydrogen is just a bunch of protons and electrons clumped up together.
  16. Maybe ESA forgot, maybe SpaceX couldn't move because "we need to test the deorbit system", maybe.
  17. Technically, space docks aren't exactly wet with seawater...
